Chapter fifty seven.

The calculation was wrong.

A single mistake that heightened the problem.

"We should have taken the six hours run." Jeff sighed while Luna traced her fingers on the rough line carved one the surface of the door in front of her.

"Three trails." She said softly.

"It was my mistake." Salvador drew a breath. "I had completely left out the possibility of the Fae's village having trails like the other illusory ones we passed before."

"It's not your fault." Emma rebuked. "we all forgot."

"So what do we do now?" Ten asked. Directing his gaze at the four who had experienced the situation before.

"Look for the clue." Luna stated bluntly.

"And where are we supposed to find it in a place like this?" Jeff eyed the surroundings.

The settlement around them was in ruin. Half burnt and the other half barely standing.

"It might take a lifetime."

"First lets search if anybody is around." Salvador ordered and they all nodded. Sticking together as they walked into the ruins.
