ANNABELLA’S POV

I walked through the school hallway slowly clutching my bag, I was already late and I have so many people to avoid.

The summer break was over and it’s been a week since I last heard from Karl and his fucked up crew after that day at the abandoned building.

Before I could untie both Lydia and the reporter, they had gone and I had to find my way back to my house.

I let out a sigh and lifted my head, I had literature class, the class was already filled up but thankfully Mrs. Saddy hasn’t come in yet, I entered into the class trying to ignore the snaring glares everyone was giving me.

 Karl had declared war and it’s obvious that once he does, that means you’d be the enemy of everyone in school.

I kept my head high and relaxed on the empty chair in front.
