I have no appetite for dinner yet I still tried to eat even just a little. Hindi na rin naman niya ako pinilit na kumain ng marami. Marahil ay sapat na sa kanya na pumayag ako sa gusto niya

The following day, I woke up because of Sandler's call. Alas-siete pa lang ng umaga ay tumawag na siya just to check if he can still call me through my number.

"I'm really sorry! I don't mean to wake you up this early. I just want to make sure that your phone will still ring. Maybe, I'm just paranoid."

"It's fine. Babangon na rin naman ako. Hindi na ko naka-reply din kagabi. I fell asleep. But yeah... let's meet at Marriot Hotel for lunch."

I can sense Sandler's happiness over the phone.

"Yeah! Yeah... Let's see each other later. I won't take much of your time. Have breakfast, and whenever you want to talk to me, you can call or text me anytime, Ava."

"Yup, I know. Thank you Sandler..." maos kong sabi bago ito nagpaalam at ibinaba na ang telepono.

Naghanda ako para sa lakad ko mamaya. Hindi ako sum
