22. Bound

     There was

hollowness wherever I was. It was dark and less spacious.

So dark that it could be likened to an empty

barrel. There was nothing to just live for while in there. That exact place

gave one reason to be scared.

I know this wasn’t the first time I had come here. I had

been here before. Something indefinite had happened here. But, I wasn’t sure

what. Guess, I just have to find out.

I saw myself walk in the shadows. I stepped meekly with my

weak and wobble body. A ray of light, I suddenly saw, pouring down through the

glass that lied ahead me. I moved forward to where the light was.

From where I stood, I could hear thuds. Thuds, which were

definitely her foot, making beats to whatever she had been singing.
