35. Scary wolves

"So are you going to tell me what a mate is?" I asked as we slowly walking into the woods while his hand was in mine.

"Yes, well mates are two people who are meant to spend the rest of their lives together. They have a deep connection between them that binds them to one another. A mate is the only person you can truly love with all your heart because he or she is the only one destined for you. When a werewolf finds his or her mate, their entire world revolves around that person just like mine revolves around you,"

"So in short you are my soulmate? How did you know and is it possible to have a mate but love someone else?"

"No," he shook his head, "you  can't love someone else once you find your mate, and yes we are like soul mates and how I found out---,"

He stopped walking and faced me,
