The wedding day was nothing short of a spectacle that left the media speechless.

It was already impressive that the city’s elite had gathered, but Kane and Aria’s wedding took it a step further by attracting internationally renowned figures.

Most notably, all those high-profile personalities who had supported Kane during the ATTA Group crisis—when he had lost his sight—were present, showing up to celebrate this joyous occasion.

Even Everley and Sharine, known for their usual discretion, made a grand entrance, going so far as to send a substantial gift to the media to ensure their coverage.

Compared to celebrities, these powerful figures from the business and political worlds stole the show. The media had to swap out memory cards and spare batteries at lightning speed, just trying to keep up with the frenzy of photos.

And this was just the beginning.

The wedding itself was a massive event, and Aria’s wedding dress became the talk of the town.

The joint effort between Kane and Sharine t

I dont know if Kane & Aria's story is finished here, but if it is, then it's very sad that it ended this way. I missed their love connection, and the extra family drama seemed very unnecessary.

  • The Billionaire Regret After My Goodbye   Justice? How Naïve

Frank let out a sharp laugh. His voice dripped with cold disdain, and when his eyes swept over them, the chill was enough to make Lynn and the others fall silent on the spot.Only when the room was quiet did he drawl, "Raise hell until the end? Threaten the hospital?"The word threaten was heavy, carrying consequences far beyond their understanding.Lynn swallowed hard and stammered, "We're not threatening the hospital. We just want what's fair.""Fair?" Frank sneered. "All of you are well past your twenties, combined you're pushing two hundred, and you still believe there's such a thing as 'fairness' in this world?"Lynn hadn't expected him to mock them so bluntly. His arrogance left her momentarily stunned."My father's the director, and yes—I do have the power to call the shots here," Frank said flatly, his gaze sharp. "If you're not competent, you're out. You think throwing a tantrum as a group is going to force the hospital to bend?"That hit a nerve."Incompetent? Who are you ca

  • The Billionaire Regret After My Goodbye   Stirring Up Trouble

Lynn gave a weary nod. "You know how it is—this time of year all the hospitals are flooded with interns. Everyone's fully staffed already! None of them are gonna hire us."Linda sighed right along with her, as though she shared the same misery. "Yeah… it's tough.""And on top of that," Lynn added bitterly, "Frank made sure we've got no options left. The hospitals that usually have ties with us? They won't even look at us anymore.""What? How could that happen?" Linda gasped, feigning shock. In truth, she already knew. On the very day Frank had fired Lynn and the others, she overheard him calling around to other hospitals. He told them flat-out that those nurses were a toxic presence—loudmouths who poisoned morale and stability—and he strongly advised against hiring them. That was exactly why Linda had reached out to Lynn now. She intended to stir up their resentment, push them into causing chaos at the hospital, and hopefully force Mona out.Seeing Linda act like she didn't believe it

  • The Billionaire Regret After My Goodbye   Too Much Time on Their Hands

Frank let out a cold laugh. "This isn't about gossip. They've just got way too much time on their hands."He had already dug into it privately and discovered that the first people to spread the rumors all came from Linda's department. He didn't rule out that Linda herself had started it, but he despised the cowards who piled on even more. What really infuriated him was how the doctors were mostly staying out of it, but the nurses kept badmouthing Mona. Some even went as far as posting online, saying she should be kicked out of the hospital—that someone like her didn't deserve to be a nurse. To Frank, these people weren't just cruel. They were useless. Instead of doing their jobs, they spent their time stirring up trouble."Enough," Mona cut in, not wanting to drag the topic out. "This will pass. Don't get yourself involved anymore."The truth was, in those first few days she had thought about resigning. But after seeing how fiercely Frank defended her, she couldn't bring herself to sa

  • The Billionaire Regret After My Goodbye   You Really Don't Care?

Frank understood Mona's worry all too well. In fact, that was exactly why his chest felt light, as though it had been filled with honey. Somehow, her concern always left him dizzy with happiness, like his feet had left the ground and wings had sprouted on his back."You can't drag me down with you," he said with a grin. "If you're really worried, then help me out. Tell me the names of those doctors you mentioned earlier, and we'll investigate them together."He pinched her nose playfully, laughing at her flustered reaction until she swatted his hand away.Mona thought for a moment, then glanced up toward the ceiling. "Frank, doesn't the lab have cameras too?"Unlike the university research centers, the hospital labs were covered in surveillance. The reason was simple: every project was tied to revenue, and tighter security meant fewer risks of data being stolen.Catching her train of thought, Frank ruffled her hair. "Smart girl. You know to check the footage."From the emphasis in his

  • The Billionaire Regret After My Goodbye   Worried

The vice president rolled his eyes at Frank's stubborn defense of Mona."Frank, don't be so blind about this! What exactly is your relationship with Miss Mona? Why are you cleaning up her mess?" one of the administrators demanded."She's my friend. And she's as capable as any doctor here. From what I know of her, she would never do something like this," Frank replied without hesitation. The disapproval on their faces was obvious, but he pressed on. "Besides, if you actually had solid evidence, I wouldn't argue. But you don't even have a witness willing to show up. You're clearly just trying to pin this on her."That jab made the room tense."Vice President, be honest. Where exactly did this so-called witness come from? Don't tell me you just dragged someone in to play the part," Frank said with a cold smile, arms crossed. The vice president bristled at his dismissive tone. "You brat, what grudge would we have against her? Why would we bother framing her? Do you really think we'd go th

  • The Billionaire Regret After My Goodbye   Responsible

Just a week after Mona warned Frank to be careful with their research results, a rival hospital announced they had developed an effective treatment for melanoma.Frank read their press release and secretly had the formula analyzed. The ingredients were strikingly similar to the ones in their own experimental drug. Since the rival had gone public before they could even file for a patent, it was obvious someone had leaked their data.In other words, Frank suspected an insider had sold their research. But before he could report the matter to his father, rumors spread through the hospital that Mona was the mole. When Frank found her, she was in the administration office, facing the vice president and several senior staff."Frank, good timing," the vice president said smoothly, giving him a look that urged him to distance himself. "This assistant of yours, Miss Mona—she's been accused of stealing our research and selling it to a competitor. What's your take?""Mona would never do that." Fr
