I watched Warren's lips curl into a gasp, "You have a mate? Is it Nadine?"

"It's Claire," I revealed gruffly, the annoyance reenacting in my demeanor.

"What? Claire? Your mate?" He was greatly stunned.

"A bloody Omega, Warren. The moon goddess must think of me as a fuckin joke to give me an Omega for a mate after waiting all these years!" I growled, dousing my body in the bathtub.

"Does Nadine know?"

I brought myself out of the water, wiping my face. "I only just found out about it myself. I can't tell her, it's messed up."

"But you're the legendary Crimson wolf. In the entire history of werewolves, I've never heard where a Crimson wolf is mated to an Omega."
