Chapter 10: The Den
Tory seated in the cell she was placed and paced around. She wondered what they are doing to her daughter and she blames no one but herself. She shouldn’t have trusted someone she met within just 24 hours. She sighed and sat on the floor as she hugged her knees close to her chest.
“Oh goddess, let Amanda be safe”, she prayed to the moon goddess.
She suddenly heard footsteps and she stood up. Just few seconds later. She saw Patrick standing outside her door with a man she doesn’t recognize.
“Take her”, Patrick ordered the man and the men opened the door and stepped inside.
He moved closer to Tory and dragged her by the arm roughly.
“Where are you taking me to?” she asked but was met with deaf ears. She shrugged to remove her arm from the man’s grasps but he was stronger than her.
