CHAPTER SEVENTEEN

Selena’s POV

I was still screaming out in anger, I wanted to remain in denial that Alpha was actually gone but the glaring sight of his burnt-up body with ashes as remains couldn't get out of my head.

I couldn't stop staring too and I couldn't bring myself to scream out my agony anymore. I wasn't numb but I didn't know how else to show my misery and how heavy my heart felt.

Everyone was staring at me like I was crazy. They stared like I had lost my mind, because I was the only one crying and wailing for a person they assumed to be a criminal but what they didn't know was that they just killed their alpha. They all contributed to his death so even if the truth were to be exposed at that moment that he was the alpha, they would all just plead with Raymond to cover it up for them because they were ignorant and that was how alpha's death was going to be covered up.

Raymond had thought it all through thoroughly and it was very obvious that he had planned this for years. He didn't want to c
