There is a lot going on at our home. Both myself and my second in command, Ryne, have found our mates. My mate was being held and abused by descraced former Alpha Leopold. Thank God my lycan picked up on her scent while we visited their pack.

Ryne's mate was kidnapped while the same Leopold was on the run. , found her, but she is not eighteen yet. So Ryne can't disclose he is her mate. Which is a whole northern set of problems. So he has attached himself as her personal guard to be around her for the sake of his peace and his lycan.

"How are you holding up." I look across the table at my best friend. He is trying hard to focus. Besides being next to her, he still is my second in command. We still have a royal pack to run. Also, our businesses need to be watched over. As well as our mission to find Leopold. I'm currently planning our trip back to Kemira’s old pack.
