“Why would you rather stay with me than going to your family?” He asks curiously.

Serena frowns. “Because…because I care about you so much! I don’t want you feeling alone. I don’t want you feeling scared or lonely! I don’t want you to feel sad because of me! Don’t you get it? I don’t want you to feel that way.” She explains, taking hold of his hands tightly.

“If I feel that way then why do you stay with me anyway?” He questions softly.

Her eyes widen slightly and she blinks rapidly several times. “I...I….” She trails off.

“Don’t answer that. I guess I already knew the answer.” He mumbles.
