Chapter Twenty Five.Piero! Natalia realized as the man put the phone down. He started to walk away.“Piero!” Natalia exclaimed. The man turned back in surprise and raised his sunglasses.“Natalia? Natalia Shaw? Is that you over there?” He asked, looking around him.Natalia sat up and waved.“Yes, it is me. I am over here.” She said from where she sat. Chapter Twenty Six.Natalia’s phone continued to ding as more notifications came up. She ignored them, wondering what she was going to do about the way her head was going.She checked her phone as another sound emanated from it.It was another text from Wendy. She had been sending multiple texts, voice notes and even emails. Natalia had refused to take any of them.She ignored all of her calls too, and she could not just understand why the woman could not just sit down and breathe in some fresh air. Chapter Twenty Seven.Natalia had been waiting in boredom for Noah to come home until she heard a click from the door. She felt relieved that the cards were coming out in her favour.She did not know how much time had passed since Noah got back and she did not know how long she had lain on the ground, knocked out.When she had regained consciousness, she went to grab her phone to stop the recording before she started looking around the large house for Noah.She had looked outside and Noah's car was missing, he had gone out already. Chapter Twenty Nine.Natalia was this close to throwing some harsh cleaning chemicals all over Noah’s perfect skin that morning. ‘This’, as used in that context could be defined as the distance between the two parts of the atom that make up the atom’s nucleus. Chapter Thirty.Natalia hummed in time to Saylor Twift’s song, ‘Dreaming in the Wild’ with a bit of joy. Her windows were rolled down, and she was driving faster than she usually did. The wind also blew her hair away from her face and she felt like the cool main character in a movie.She looked up at the rear mirror and smiled at the empty backseat, Natalia was feeling very optimistic about how her day would go. She was going to see Piero again. She had been going to see him more often than usual as of recent, and the man was so nice, he was a breath of fresh air, meeting with him was something that always put her in an uppity mood.Her laptop bag sat in her back seat as Piero had requested that she presented the evidence she had against Noah to him. Natalia did not waste anytime today as it seemed that Piero had unintentionally banked in on her plan. Chapter Thirty One.Natalia wiped the tears off her face angrily as she drove down, away from Piero's residence. She wished that she could put a hold down on the tears and then let them flow freely once she got back home as she could definitely not afford for an accident to take place at such a time.It would be completely embarrassing if her tomb stone put 'crying while driving' as her cause of death. Not that that was what was important. Although Natalia did feel like her life was getting better, there were still some parts of the life that she was planning to leave behind— some parts that she felt that she had already left too, that she missed.Natalia felt that she would have melted under Piero's gaze if he had continued to look at her. For all that she knew, she was already melting, only that this time, it was starting from her lady parts, instead of her head or legs.Natalia wished that she did not have a husband to wait for, or she would have gladly allowed Piero to have taken
