I opened my closet trying to find the perfect dress. This time around I was finding the perfect dress for myself. After Damien had already said this party, this dinner was for me, I have to look good and free and comfortable. I couldn't help but smile realizing that Damian did not just care for me only because of the business he is helping me with and how much he cared about my own actual feelings.

I know he must have thought about it and realized that I might be feeling down having to face Aiden for the first time in a long while, and maybe he's just trying to make me feel better.

I picked out a blue silk gown and wore it, making sure it fitted perfectly as I stood in front of the mirror examining it. It was just as I wanted it to be.

I packed my hair in a bun, added a little mascara, and I was all set looking perfect. “I don't think this dinner date needs any sharp lipsticks, so all I would just do is apply a little lip gloss and I am good to go.”
