THE NEXT DAY -

Daniel was by the window, his left hand shoved in his left pocket. His tensed figure indicating the seriousness of the conversation, as he stood straight in his track pant.

Noticing a presence behind him, his figure turned turgid, he said something into the phone before ending the call.

The chirping sounds of the bird and the cool breeze calmed him, when a voice brought him out of his thoughts.

"You're leaving?" Daniel turned to Lana, his Cold face softens as he met her gaze. With a quirky brow, an undescribable emotion smeared on her face.

"Ehn. Something like that." Daniel pulled her into his arms, using his right hand to caress her smooth and soft waist. "How much did you hear?"

"Enough to know, you are having some troubles and you're going to leave soon!"

He chuckled in her ear as he nibble on her exposed neck. "Don't worry, I won't be leaving so soon. Not when I don't have you under me singing to my rhythms."
