Serena POV.

“Serena, you caused this” I whispered to myself as my heart was rubbed with guilt.

I hissed at myself and fixed my gaze on the journey.

Dante’s head dangled to his shoulder, he slept like a child in care of his mother. Over time, I have sensed Dante to have so many shades of himself-the devilish, the caring, the childish and the business mogul shades.

I continued looking at him throughout the journey back home until we got to the gate of the mansion.

I was about to touch him when he woke up immediately from sleep.

I was shocked!

“How did you know that we are home already?" I asked.

He scoffed, Smield, and rolled his suit across his arm, “I have lived here all my life and even the scent of this street is psychologically entrusted in my head” he mentioned.

“Really? That's so hilarious” I pronounced.

“Yes, it is and I love it. I understand the route of the street even if I am asleep ten miles into my dreamland” he said, holding onto the knob of the car.
