Chapter 13 ~ Superior
Skye while he tried to push the unwanted thoughts and images that continued to spiral around his head in a volatile manner, leaving one to wonder if they were inside a typhoon that continued to deprive him of staying sane.
"Why did you have to exist?" Pushing the shaky feeling inside, Skye immediately tugged Rowan's arm backwards startling Rowan enough to look back and take in Skye's weakened form.
"What's wrong?" Rowan asked as he now noticed that Skye's pale but vexed expression.
"You don't look so good love, do you need some air?" the woman asked, leaving Skye feeling some relief that someone could see he wanted to leave.
"I... I need to go" Skye replied firmly, startling Rowan once more.
"Why don't you just die already?! No one wants you here!"
"But we just got here" Rowan groaned only to see Skye narrow his eyes, now finally free of Row

A wry smile formed on her face as she observed his flushed face.Now donning on a large brown cloak over a worn white shirt and brown slacks, Skye's brown boots trudged against the ground, feeling a little bashful for the sudden change of clothes and from having to be her errand boy.
