 "Bro Tunde, won't you eat? Dinner was served about two hours ago," Ife said. Her tone of voice showed that she was worried about him. Since the day they met Chief Adeakin and his female companion at the newly opened restaurant, he had been moping around with a sullen look on his face. She had tried to ask him or do things to shake him out of the funk he seemed to be in, all to no avail. Even right now, he was on the floor of his room, just lying down and staring into space.

Iyunade sat inside her room deliberating on Tunde's offer since he mentioned it about three hours ago. She didn't want herself or her family to be a burden to anyone. But she also knew she didn't want to disappoint Sade. His offer had been all she could think about since she got home.
