Tunde had a lot on his mind as he hurriedly walked out of the lecture room. He had been waiting and expecting Iyunade's call throughout the weekend, with the hope that she would accept his offer. But there had been no call, not even a flash. His phone suddenly vibrated inside his pocket. He had put it on vibration mode when he was about to enter the lecture room earlier. Dipping his hand into his pocket, he pulled out his phone. He smiled on seeing the caller ID and immediately tapped on the accept button."Hmm! What did I do to deserve this August call? I hope there is nothing for me to be worried or scared about," he said smiling as he walked through the department corridor."Hello to you too. I think the word to use should be cautious, not scared," Emmanuel's voice echoed into Tunde's ear."Cautious? What is it about? Did something happen?" Tunde asked worriedly."Hey man, calm your horses. There is nothing to be scared about. I just did a little research on that murder case and I

"Iyunade!!" Iyunade jolted out of her dazed state as Stella shouted her name. She immediately turned to where Stella was sitting. They both were sitting in their hostel's sitting room but Iyunade had been in deep thoughts."You know I have been called your name more than four times now.?" Stella raised her brows." Oh! I am so sorry. I was just lost in my thoughts." Iyunade replied."Why do I have a feeling that you were thinking about Tunde?" Stella asked, making Iyunade's eyes widen. She couldn't even deny it because Stella had guessed right. It's been a month since she and Tunde became friends and she was starting to know things about him. He wasn't as how she and her friends had thought he would be. He hasn't shown any behavior she should be worried about. But,he travelled to Abuja three days ago and he hasn't called her or even messaged her. His number was not even reachable when she called it. She was beginning to get worried and scared as different questions kept crossing her mi

Tunde walked into his parents living room with Iyunade sleeping in his arms. She had fallen asleep inside the car and her body was beginning to burn up with temperature.Ife who was the only person in the living room immediately jumped up from where she was sitting.

Iyunade cautiously asserted Tunde's large room. It was quite neat and well arranged and that made her wonder if he was someone who liked well organized things or maybe the maids were assigned to take care of the room. She turned her eyes back to her side where Tunde, whose eyes were fixed to the movie shown on the Television, sat. She took the opportunity to acknowledge his facial features and she could now see the resemblance between him and his mom she had met at the kitchen a few hours ago. As she continued to stare at him, she began to wonder why there was a bad atmosphere between him and his mother. He had sounded very round and she was sure with the few days she had gotten to know him, he wasn't someone who would be rude to his parents, especially his mother. The image of the way his mother's eyes sparked with disgust while they had their argument flashed through her eyes and that made her more curious and confused at the same time. "You seem to have something on your
