Mammon PovThere should be no reason that I am going up against an opponent in the middle of the night u der the rays of the moon. The worst part is not knowing the identity of your opponent. But standing here, I was doing the work of both Lucian and Seraphina. The other Alphas didn't even take time to arrive. Everyone was there to grace the occasion. The words of Aria still got stuck in my mind earlier on after I had been released. "Be careful." She had said to me.The nature of the fight and tournament has been designed for me to loose, but I am not a looser. I have always won in anything that I put my heart to and this will be no different. After the Alphas all sat down, Lucian rose from his sit and gave a nod to the soldiers, who got up from their respective sits to get the cage openAfter a couple of moments, the doors were opened and inside the room a very mysterious figure emerge."This cannot be true." I said to myself staring at the figure."You have come along way Mammon. B

Aria PovThe following day, I couldn't get my mind off the strange event that happened to me with the moon goddess.Every werewolf had tried at some point speaking with the moon goddess but it is only on rare circumstances that she shows up herself.Which further proves that I have to take her warning really serious.Today Lucian had announced an important meeting and my Instincts keeps telling me that he was going to speak about what transpired between Mammon and his beloved champion. The other Alphas were also present and with every day that passes by, it was beginning to look like they were puppets and Lucian only controlled them because he was bigger than any of them."Do you think Seraphina will show up?" I turned around to see Mammon by my side. He looked completely healed from the wounds he had sustained at the battle field."With the suspicion from some of the Alphas that magic is bring used in this tournament, I think she is going to calm down. Seraphina still needs the trus

Lucian POVCall it a truce"Babe you are getting all worked up about this people. It is obvious that they are no longer here to serve as threats and the soldiers claim they are not in Shadow Claw." Seraphina was walking back and forth with anger in her eyes. She had every right to be angry which is understandable. Her biggest archenemies slipped through her hands."I should have killed her when I got the chance. This is all your fault. You allow your ego get in the way and look at how far it brought us. Now Aria is somewhere hiding and plotting.""Are you really going to blame this on me? I cannot believe you will do something remotely as that. We both saw what happened. Aria outsmarted you in every sense and you simply cannot deal with it."SmackI felt the light snuffed out of me as her hand connected with my face."Don't you ever speak to me like that again. I need you to remember that I am a witch and I don't take things likely. You fumbled the biggest opportunity and now I have

Aria PovThe next morning I was done dressing and head down to the kitchen to find my mother had made breakfast.I wasn't in the mood for it but she forced it down my bag.Father walked to the kitchen and noticed how I was ranting. "What is the fuss about?" He asked chuckling at my little drama."Dad, I will be late and I don't want to get into trouble for missing too much." I said to him."Just tell them I asked you do something for me. I am sure they are going to let it go." He said."Dad, no one knows that I am the Beta's daughter." I said to him."Why?""Because I hate attention. Take a look at Lucian. Everyone's eyes is always on him and that is why I don't want to live that type of life." I explained"Killian will be joining your Pack today." Mother said.I sighed and grumbled. "I know mum." They both chuckle. It was funny how they knew about my indifference towards Killian but they keep allowing the both of us have conversations."The Luna suggested that maybe you should show

Aria POVMy eyes opened and I find myself in a dark room with no light. My feet touched water and I tried lifting them up but something keeps bringing them down. The only light that starts to glow was the necklace. I tried pushing myself away from the water but it was too hard.I was drawing back into the deep with strong force. I closed my eyes and tried using magic and soon enough, the water begins to path ways and soon enough I could move my light. My ears picked on footsteps and they walked with stealth and quietness towards my direction. But I could sense it.Instinctively, I moved away from an object and it turns out to be snakes on a tree. In that moment, light begins to appear in the room .This was not even a room to begin with....It was a forest and I was stuck in the stream."Welcome to the underworld Aria." I heard Seraphina's voice floating in the air and the winds moved strongly against the trees."If you have the guts then I dare you to show your face Seraphina." I sa
