It has been four days, four days of hell for Roy. Kimberly has refused to see him or have anything to do with him, which saddens and upsets him at the same time, causing him to lash out his frustration on his pack members. He didn’t mean to do any of that, but he desperately needed somewhere to let out some steam as his wolf was slowly losing it. It so desperately wanted to go into Kimberly’s room to mark and claim her as his for days now, but Roy has been trying to contain his wolf’s yearning for its mate and it was beginning to take a toll on him.

Beep, beep, beep... Riley hit the snooze button on her phone. Five minutes later, the same annoying alarm sounded, and this time, she didn't ignore it. It was 6 A.M. and she knew she needed to shower and get ready for her breakfast date with Ethan. As she got out of bed and headed towards the bathroom, she heard her phone vibrate, so she ran over and grabbed it to see, "Good morning, beautiful. Meet me at the diner in town for 8?". She beamed and replied with a "heart emoji, see you then," text right back. She placed her phone back down and grabbed her towel, heading for the shower.

It tingled down his neck, to his spine, giving him a strong urge to scratch his back. He stayed still for a moment, and just as the foot was about to hit him, in a swift movement, he leaped towards one side. The man looked in Adi's direction. He strained his eyes and flapped his hands in Adi's direction. Had he sensed Adi's heavy breathing? His fingers came within an inch of Adi's nose. Adi stood still, not daring to breathe. The man looked again, then shrugged his shoulders and went away.

He stuck out his hand for a handshake. “Best friend forever.” She accepted his handshake. ❤❤❤ Back to when Matin, Mazid and Sofiah were 15 years old. “Ouch!” “Are you blind?! Can't you see me here?!” Matin was boiling with anger as Sofiah accidentally pushed him from behind, causing him to stumble.
