A raggedy-looking old man was sitting in the waiting chambers of the Queen. As the helpers levitated the bed directly into the room, the Queen weak and tired with all the excitement of the morning, Aelanor and Nimuel followed them. "O, wise Shaman of the mortal lands, I welcome thee to the castle once more," the Queen said in a weak voice. The Shaman didn't seem to hear her. His eyes were closed, and he seemed to be in some sort of trance. Not wanting to disrespect him, the elves stood there, silent.

King Johnson said, “We elves are the key to putting him to slumber. But we might need to wake someone up first.” I asked, “Who’s this someone?” King Johnson replied, “Queen Selene.” Micha and I looked at each other. That name sounded familiar. Micha asked, “Is it the Queen of the Witches whose son wanted to marry Princess Eloise back then?” King Johnson answered, “Yes. She’s the one. But to wake her from her slumber, we need the approval of the current queen and the important heads in the witches’ realm.” I asked, “How do we do that?”

She made sure to check if the baby was asleep before turning around for the last time. The Queen was lying on the single-handed wooden sofa with her eyes longingly looking at the skies above. She casted a glance at Ellaine’s direction and to the baby she carried. The Queen nodded for her to go on before she slowly disintegrated to golden pieces which floated up to the sky. The pixies moved around quickly and fussed over the Queen’s throne. As they did this, Ellaine slipped away from the circle and out of the forest. When she was in front of the forest where Feucher and she stood before, the sun was already rising. She reached for her hand mirror and called for Margarette.

He lowered his body in a clumsy flourish, and said, “was there something you had need of me, my Queen?” A displeased sound escaped the woman's lips. “You know very well, that I stepped down a long time ago, now stop acting the fool, and return to your own tasks. Foolish man. I have need of this elf.” The Queen mother said sharply, and at her words, Sethis seemed to grow even more annoyed. However, he nodded and stormed away, quite rudely.

Queen Tiara continued to yell, but she felt a prick on her neck and darkness descended on her. The forest vanished, and a room with a cage surrounded Serena. She looked around and noticed a figure in the cage; upon closer inspection, she discovered that the figure was her mother. Her clothes were ripped, and she had bruises and cuts all over her body.

In the evening, the party was still on,it was almost time for the evening celebration, Andra decided to take a break and go to their personal green garden before going to her evening party. She sat on the bench taking in the clean air. She decided to walk around the garden for a while. She has always loved the green garden. They had numerous flowers and herbs. She was still admiring the flowers when she ran into Ellen the pack's seer. "Good evening Ellen", Ellen had always insisted for her to call her by name. I closed my eyes to calm my temper and as gradually the moon was raising to it's peak so was my anger and at the end it just came out as a massive outburst. "Yes I'm a woman and I'm a queen, a queen who holds equal powers as any king holds and If I choose to marry you I only be your lawful wife not dutiful because I have no duty towards a man like you. You are the one who will serve me and stay loyal to me and if you can't. Tell me right now and I'll convey your words to my family that we can't marry each other." He swallowed hard and whispered. "Are you trying to threaten me? Do you think I want this alliance that bad?"

Queen Odette's voice cut through the noise, sweet and sharp as poisoned honey. Elsie turned to face her. The queen stood with one hand resting on an elegant silver cane, her other hand looped through King Maddox's arm. Her gown was deep purple, magnificent, dripping with diamonds that caught the candlelight and scattered it like stars. Her smile was warm, but her eyes were cold, scanning Elsie's face as if searching for weakness. "Everything is wonderful, Your Majesty," Elsie said, matching the queen's smile with one of her own. "Emberclaw has outdone itself."

She asked tersely. Alethea hesitated. "It's a girl." She swallowed hard, hoping that the gender was any consolation to the queen. “Her name is Theresa.” She feebly added. The queen chuckled wickedly. "Oh, even a Nymph's womb couldn't hold the heir to the throne of Royal Isle after all, could it? It however keeps me wondering what my darling husband is going to do now about his dire need for an heir? Lay with another creature" She sashayed around the lounge, idly caressing this and that along the side of the wall as she spoke. "I wonder! What will it be this time? An Empousa? A Siren? A Sphinx? A vampire? Or perhaps, he might be desperate enough to lay with an Elf; I would not put it beneath

The very air seemed to hum with anticipation, as if the realm itself acknowledged their presence and purpose.
