“Damn you, Liam! Do you want to give her a heart attack?!” Damian hissed through gritted teeth, shooting a sharp glare at him.
“Chi… child?” Tatiana’s voice broke on the word. It came out weak and uncertain, as if she was afraid to breathe it into existence.
Damian stepped closer with his expression softening. His voice lowered, a gentle contrast to Liam’s ruthlessness.
“Yes, Tatiana,” he said tenderly, “you are three months pregnant.”
