Is he relieved that he told us? My reaction to his words is to call bullshit but something inside of me holds me back. I think Nick was right to want to listen to him before acting because, while I’m not sure if he’s 100% telling me the truth, I’m also not sure that he isn’t.

The armor was polished to a shine and was adorned with symbols of his rank and authority. The chest plate of the armor was emblazoned with the symbol of the wolf, representing his strength and leadership as the Alpha of the pack. The gauntlets and greaves were adorned with intricate designs, and the helmet that he wore was adorned with a fierce-looking wolf's head.

Iris and I took a step back from one another, and avoiding my eyes, Iris placed the cloth on her cheek, making sure to hold it in place so as not to have a bruise form in the area. The beta’s nails didn’t make things better though, and despite the fact that she would be healing faster than a normal wolf due to the fact that she was a wolf. I still didn’t like it that the beta dared hurt her.

Although he hardly addressed them by their names, he knew their names. He was the one who was in charge of recruiting his bodyguards and anyone working in his house so there was no way he would not know their names since he was in charge. “Grace, my Alpha” She lowered her head.

Harrod had thought about asking others in the pub but he realized that it was likely that Alphonse, who was now an alpha and the leader of a pack, would leave out spies and ears to report to him if any one asked around about him in the pub. As he was quite far from them earlier when he observed José and Jake as they had a conversation, Harrod was unable to tell what they were talking about about. However, he could pretty much tell that they were both acquaintances, and fit some reason he was curious to know which is who this strange guy is. He let out a sigh as he saw the emblem carved on his armour's bicep. Agenor asked, "What business do you have with us?" The armour man replied to Agenor's question, "I was wondering which clan are you planning to join?" Maira uttered after figuring out who he is behind that Armor, "Oh my! Look what we have here? Isn't that the youngest prodigy of the prestigious Clan Phoenix Gods." She continued as she turned to Falco with a huge grin, "Come on Mr. Sam Brown…did you really forget the person who socked the living Jesus out of your ugly face?"

Alpha Ash was a bit like my Mum at first but then he came out of the 'funk' abit faster as he was the leader of this pack and had to act like it and Dax was too young to take over. No-one liked our Beta Nelson he was a jerk he took over from my Dad after he died, but unfortunatly he was one of the best fighters, he didn't like me as I had been a gooby bitch to him throughout my teenage years, he deserved it though. He also took part in trying to train us. Some of us went through training at a young age if we showed strength and came from a good background. Even though I am from a Beta background I still wasn't picked to train early as like I said I was weak compared to the rest of my family.

The man laughed bitterly. "I'm Alonso, the alpha of the nightwalker pack. I will only trade once and if you deny then there'll be war." He snickered. Alonso looked at two of the dead bodies of his warriors before looking down at the deadly claws on his chest that were bleeding along with the wounds on his arms and back. "Don't worry, I'll make her pay on your behalf," Alonso hissed as Rasmus gnashed his teeth forcing his body but it was of no avail.

I am the demon of this ground, and you are going to be paying with your life for this.” “I am not a man that you can threaten, Arturo.” He said, and I laughed. Just let me find my beauty and bring her home safely. I needed to know how he got past the security team without being caught. But either way, I knew that he would be regretting it. “I am an Alpha by blood, and that is something that neither you or your bitch kept in mind.”
