Moira is wearing dark clothing in the specific way that people who are observing mourning wear dark clothing, not a formal tradition exactly but the acknowledgment of a tradition, and she comes into the room without knocking because the door is open and sits in the chair across from me with the quality she always has, which is the quality of someone who has been through things and who is not performing having been through things but simply is the person those things produced.

I was so busy looking for Thanatos that I didn't notice him coming up beside me. “Yeah, I'm fine.” I muster up a smile for him. Moira pulls me away from him and leads me into the hallway, away from everyone else. She immediately rounds on me and demands, “What on earth were you doing outside at this time of night by yourself? You realize that we are all still in danger, right? That Castiel and his horde of henchmen are still out there? You could have been killed!” “I think-” I stop, not sure if I should say the words aloud. It's just a thought that crossed my mind that I can't seem to shake now. But I am probably way off base with it.

When Moira leapt on Silver’s back and raised her hand to thrust sharp claws inside her back, Silver reared back and threw her off, she didn’t attack instead she found a safe way to dodge Moira’s next attack. My consciousness faded to black. My body leaped in a heap as sparks flew from my arm through the rest of my body, erasing the pain from my limbs and torso. I gratefully panted, surprised I was still living. What just happened? As my body heaved breaths I never knew I'd be able to take again, movement to the left caught my eye. Squinting to see in the moonlight, the movement swirled around, making me dizzy. What is going on? As if on cue, the shadows came out from the trees and into a patch of moonlight. The glistening black fur of Nathan's wolf and the ghastly sight of a raging vampire rolling and fighting in a heap made me realize what was going on again.

Becky glanced at his tall figure and said, “Before you begin, will you permit us to make a few observations based on things we have witnessed tonight in this place.” “Go ahead. I have a feeling I know what you will say.” “Mr. Phillip Mogollon, aka The Mogollon Man, my sister and I know you are a hero. We saw you slay the lead vampire of the clutch who was stationed in coffins at a locked space just across from our family’s storage unit.” Becky pointed to the place that formerly held the coffins. “I did kill that bad man, but there’s more.”

This time he has big, black wings that are shaped like bat wings and he is holding a metal stick that is bigger than the normal human arm. “No please… no!” Begged by the naked woman who is trying to grab my blanket.

Then Elias jumped on him, pinning him to the floor. "Hold it right there!" River said in his human form, cocking a shotgun as he walked into the room. "That is, unless you have a death wish." The Hellhound backed along the floor to the wall, as a low growl resonated from deep within his chest. "Change back or die," Cruz said, coming in with Eve, all of them brandishing weapons. "I'll take care of this." A beautiful woman walked into the room. She had flaming red hair and bright green eyes. It was clear that she was either a vampire or a witch. She held her hands up, and a bright blue light shot from them. "Ostende te!"
