Lena's POV. “Hello, ma'am,” the doctor waved his left hand, and felt my pulse with his right hand. “How many fingers am I holding up?” “Can I get a name? Can you speak?” He continued, not even giving me a chance to think or respond. He suddenly stopped and pointed a little fluorescent light in my eyes. I squinted and groaned inaudibly from lying stiff for far too long. “Four, My name is Lena, and I think I can… talk,” I replied in a second, gulping as the man behind him moved closer and fixed his gaze on me.

She had brown earphones plunged deep into her eardrums and covered them with her hair so that no one could see them. Since the day Ana came to her, excited about the fact that her dad was going to help her be mated with Alpha Rasmore, she had been stalking her by planting a voice device in her hair. It was so tiny, just like the strands of hair, and there was no way she was ever going to dig it out. Ana had excellent sensory organs, so stalking her was never going to be fruitful. She could see someone watching her from a long distance away.

Sera's lazy voice sounded on the other end of the phone. Anne squeezed the phone. "Sera, where are you now?" Sera paused and stuttered, "Oh, I… I'm abroad and will be back soon." Anne's nervous expression immediately relaxed as she cast her fierce gaze on Angeline's face like a knife.

“What the hell is freaking you out so much Ana?” I groan, running my hands roughly through my hair. “I don’t know! Anayka moved back immediately and pushed his arms away. “Listen, Erin. My name is not Ana. It’s Anayka. As I said before, I can take care of myself just fine. I don’t need anyone’s help. So, please leave me alone.” She said and slammed the car’s door on his face.
