Independence Is a Good Look On Her

Independence Is a Good Look On Her

Mindy said, "First, web novels are usually really long, often over a million words. Second, genres like urban romance and rich-guy dramas aren't my specialty. How am I supposed to write those? "Isn't the trouble with 'The Green Fruit' enough of a lesson? You told me to change what I was doing, but look what happened." "The Green Fruit" was Mindy's young adult novel that got a lot of criticism. Edith's expression softened as she spoke, "I know that novel hurt your reputation and that you've had a tough time since, even leaving online platforms…" "Yes, and if you know I left online platforms, why are you still asking me to write those romance novels?"

This is a good book. I enjoyed reading it. It’s been a week now with no new chapters. At least end the book with an ending instead of just left it hanging. It’s getting more interesting & I know the readers would like to continue reading it. You know the feeling without closure, no satisfaction.......
adowhatever

Do Not Touch. (Short Compilations)

Readers should be aware of explicit sexual content, intense BDSM themes with a focus on power imbalance, graphic depictions of physical and psychological domination, extreme kink practices including bondage, cock torture, edging, sounding, electro-stimulation, fisting, watersports, double penetration, nipple clamping, ball busting, and deep throat training, strong verbal degradation and humiliation, potential triggers related to authority figures and forced submission in a fantasy context, public exposure risks, sensory overload from sweat and bodily fluids, emotional distress from forbidden dynamics, and the presence of prolonged overstimulation and post-orgasm continuation, all of which ma

Captured By Love

Captured By Love

“Can I even complain? What do you think I should do?” No reply. Just constant movement. I turned to Roxy. “What about you Roxy?” She yawned then licked at my hands. “Sorry if I'm boring you. I don’t have that much entertainment to offer besides these crappy romance novels” —I raised a red hard cover book I was with— “that are crazily interesting. The stakes are absolutely ridiculous but honestly I have to fuel the delusional antics because I picked them up. And I'm sure you’re tired of hearing me talk about them already.”

Claimed By My Best Friend’s Daddy

Claimed By My Best Friend’s Daddy

“She’ll probably spend the whole holiday in here if you let her.” I walked the aisles slowly, trailing my fingers over the books. Classics. Thrillers. A whole section of contemporary romance—Mirabel’s doing, mostly. She’d started collecting them in high school, said they were “escapist but smart.” I’d never read them. Too many happy endings. Too much hope wrapped in pretty words. I pulled one down at random. Dark cover, brooding man in a suit, and title written in gold foil: Claimed by the Billionaire. I snorted softly, then slid it back.

Hopelessly romance

Hopelessly romance

Alex talked endlessly about becoming a famous writer someday. Evelyn told him she just wanted a peaceful life. “You deserve more than peaceful,” he told her once. Sometimes he rested his head on her lap while she read out loud from his favorite novels. Sometimes he looked at her so intensely that it made her nervous. “You know your problem?” Alex said one evening. Evelyn raised an eyebrow. “What?” “You fall in love too easily.” She laughed. “That’s not a problem.” Alex didn’t laugh back. “It can be.” But Evelyn didn’t understand what he meant.

The Love Barn

The Love Barn

He turned to answer something another person said, and she was left reeling a bit. Get it together, girl. This high school crush needed to go away. Maybe she should take a break from all the romance novels. The idea made a bit of her wither. Romance novels had gotten her through her divorce. They gave her hope for a better future. She got to escape her sad reality with each turn of the page. But Benjamin wasn't going to be like a character in a book. He was a real man with flaws and all. She'd do well to remember that her last fairy tale ending hadn't worked out so great for her.

The Writer and Her Alpha

The Writer and Her Alpha

"Whatever happened to love each other first then... then doing the deed after. Is everyone after physical contact only these days? What about getting to know each other first? Chivalry? Romantic date?" I sighed and stopped spinning, facing my laptop and visiting a bookstore's site to see what books sell. Ah, of course, my book wouldn't be in the top 10, and I didn't hope so; what's staring back at me is the top 10 best-selling books for the week, where five of ten are Erotic Romance books. "And I thought my company wouldn't be like other companies who are after profit; I was wrong. Then again, business is business."

Hazel said, her voice full of encouragement. “Men never care if you love them truly and stay loyal,” I muttered, still bitter. “Exactly,” Hazel agreed. “Maybe if the perfect romantic heroes from books were real, I’d consider dating again.” I chuckled. “Right? I’m reading a romance novel right now where the male lead is ridiculously hot.” “Ugh, don’t tempt me! I’ve added a few more book boyfriends to my list,” she said dreamily. “I miss our coffee and book talks, girl,” I sighed.

Fading Embers: The Search For Lost Love

Fading Embers: The Search For Lost Love

His hands worked excessively on the keyboard. “I fully support borrowing RomComs or any romantic movies or books if anyone’s interested. They’re fairy tales that mislead young people into thinking anyone who laughs at them is either attracted to them or worse... Imagine reading about some cold CEO falling in love with a random girl; those are all lies.” “Calista?” Anthony was surprised by the range of emotions in a conversation about a movie date. “You can’t say that.” She furrowed her brow. “Why not?” He shrugged, smiling. “You have your parents’ love story to look up to, and yet you think love is overhyped? That’s rich coming from someone surrounded by lovers day and night.”

The titles of the stories had followed a similar theme like ‘The Billionaire’s Secret Wife’, ‘Forced Marriage’ or “The CEO’s Mistress’. It hadn’t taken him long to work out that they were slushy romantic novels with lurid covers. “Queen Annelise had a phase,” Sebastian said with a snort. “I cannot believe how low the quality is in those books from the writing to the romance. She stopped reading them when she got married and had enough courage to keep them here despite knowing people would judge her.” “You’re very knowledgeable about them,” Edward laughed. “I was curious,” Sebastian admitted. “They are weirdly addictive to read. It’s a shame they don’t do a gay line of books. ” Edward pulled
