Spikes admiring it, a large bird, perhaps, an hawk flew off a broken window beautifully and swooped down towards us, flying in at full speed.
Mr. Spikes eyes were greener than ever as he stood, his neck, longer and tilted up, watching the wonderful bird entertain us. The bird got closer and closer, its shadow, right at my front - smaller but darker, I thought its eyes were locked in with mine. When I was becoming quite worried that it was heading for one of us, it flipped its wings to another angle and stirred away from us with a chirrup.
