She didn’t even realize Smokey had a name. “How about I show you why you shouldn’t call me a little girl anymore?” Chloe asked with a dark smile and Smokey scoffed. She stepped away from Romero and she walked into an open space before she cranked her knuckles expecting Smokey to come after her. Chloe had definitely overestimated Ash because she beat him blue black, every weak attempt of him to throw her a punch always ended distastefully and she scoffed at his weak attempt. She delivered a lasting blow to his face and she heard his nose break. He couldn’t stand properly and a sharp command from Romero made them step away from each other.

After Reese ended the call, Axel realized he had no use for Chloe again, so he sprung up and made his way out of the study to go and forcefully chase Chloe out of his house. Chloe was still lying down naked on the bed when he got to his room. Before he left the room, her nakedness had no effect on him, and he could tolerate it. But after the phone conversation with Reese, her nakedness disgusted him so much that he couldn’t even bear to look at it.

I agree as Maxwell sets down their drinks on the counter. Kayleigh thanks him before her eyes settle on the kitchen window. “Oh my,” she murmurs. “Who the hell is that?” We all turn our attention to the window. It’s Kayden. He’s on his way back from a run, and his whole body is glistening with sweat, dripping off his large forearms. He tugs his T-shirt off his back, exposing his toned body. “Oh,” I say, turning back to her, but I can see the love hearts blooming in her eyes. She’s in a Kayden-induced trance. “That’s Kayden. Maxwell’s B–”

All of these things, he wanted to do and share it with Alexander. Ash pulled out a chair as he sat on the side of Alexander hospital bed. With trembling hands he clasped his hand over Alexander unresponsive one, and held it tightly as if it was his lifeline. Ash choked as he burst into tears and hugged Alexander' hand tenderly, as he finally confessed his undying love for him.

Fortunately, Chloe wasn't revenge-thirsty enough to watch Sebastian lay his hand on a woman. She tapped him and gestured to him to move away so she could face her. “Chloe, are you sure?” He asked and only moved away when Chloe gave him a confident and reassuring nod. Chloe stated directly into her eyes as she started to talk, “Ashamed? Do you think I should be ashamed? I wasn't the one who cheated on his wife with her sister. I wasn't the one who lied like an incompetent fool in front of the court just to divorce his wife without a penny. Now you tell me, what exactly should I be ashamed of?”

He is now licking every juice on my kitty which makes me scream. “Ugh! Yes, Alejandro!" I screamed. The room is now filled with my moans and screams. It also seems like Alejandro is enjoying it because he even eats me more until I feel something building up in my abdomen. I also feel like I am about to pee. “Alejandro, I am about to pee." I am having a hard time speaking because of the pleasure. “Call me master, Chloe." He said. I bit my lower lips because of what he had said.

"Mama and Papa, you must also take care of your health. Watch your diet, get enough sleep, and don't overthink unimportant things. Besides, Mountain has been walking as it should, right?" Chloe joked, trying to lighten the mood. However, she admitted that sadness always enveloped her when she met Agatha. "Chloe loves Mama and Papa too. Chloe loves you all; thank you for treating Chloe like your child." Tears finally welled up in Chloe's eyes; she couldn't hide how grateful she was for the fortune she had. Yes, the tears that came out were not a sign of sadness but overwhelming joy and happiness.

A faint smile curved her lips, but there was nothing warm in it. Ashleigh Dana sat beside Voss, her hair shifting in soft ripples of color I couldn’t read yet, pale gold at the roots, bleeding into streaks of copper and violet. Her attention was fixed on me, a quiet alertness beneath her otherwise casual posture. Of all of them, she felt the least threatening, though I knew she could be the most unpredictable.

I couldn't avoid the fact that Caesar was affecting me. "Nothing, you just hugged me now choking the air out of me lady, what did you expect?" I lied, but the person I was lying to could see right through my exterior. "Yes, I choked the air out of you." She scoffed looking at me way deeply, literally scanning me. "If you don't know it yet, you happen to suck at lying marvelous chloe." Shit, shit, shit. Marvelous chloe? She heard us last night? Oh God no please!

I couldn't help but smile sheepishly. I jumped in jubilation as I watched Asher walk toward me. He was truly a warrior, a man whom I'd grown to love. As Asher walked closer to me, I heard a loud bang. A gunshot from far into the woods. Another batch of warriors was coming to fight us. Leading them was Christopher's mother, Anabel. Asher stumbled to the ground. He wasn't dead, but weak... Pain consumed me, the pain of losing him, the fear of being alone again. I tried to scream, but something else rushed through me... powerful and hungry, fueled by my anger and pain.
