The Charismatic Charlie Wade

The Charismatic Charlie Wade

The man laughed as he said, “It is impossible for us to identify her body. The cliff is at least several hundred meters high. Even Amaterasu would be finished if he were to fall from this cliff.” Kazumi smacked his lips together before he said, “I still feel a little unsure because I cannot see the corpse for myself.” The man replied, “Mr. Hashimoto, she has already rolled down the cliff along with the car. I can see the car already burning up in flames from the top of the cliff. Even Amaterasu will be turned into ashes with this fire.” Kazumi could not help but complain, “Why are you always making fun of Amaterasu? Don’t you have any sense of fear or reverence at all?”

Sierra Morgan: The Don’s Bride

Sierra Morgan: The Don’s Bride

"Kazuya-sama, we need to talk." Kazuya's eyes bore into Nakamura. "Talk? What is there to talk about? That traitor betrayed us!" Nakamura took a steadying breath. "Anderson is dead. He was caught in the explosion." Kazuya's rage momentarily dimmed, replaced by shock. "Anderson? Dead? How?" Nakamura's voice was calm but firm. "We have no leads. The attack was well-coordinated. We suspect it was the Rinaldi family, but we lack concrete evidence."

Hope of the Dying World

Hope of the Dying World

“Funny is it? This will be your death day if you disagree with what I’m aiming for.” “I never agreed with you in the first place.” Tata Carpio seems to know what will happen next. “I know that death will chase me someday, and maybe… it’s time.” “Not yet. Not yet.” The Boss chuckled. “You’re too excited to see, Kuya Carlos.” “He died?” His expressionless eyes widened. “You didn’t know. Years had passed already. He died in the explosion. Poor Kuya Carlos. If only he sided with me, that would never happen to him.”

Awakened Power Without A System

I get what you mean but that's not the case here I'm afraid" Yami said. "I don't get it, what are you talking about?" Mitsuki asked. "From the both of you fight I noticed something, the difficulty level increases drastically when reaching Kazuko's turn" "Let's face the fact, if Asahu wasn't swallowed by that beast, he would have undeniably been dead by now" Yami said as Asahu bent his head downwards and clutched his fits in frustration.

Carter still had that stupid sympathetic look plastered on his face, and the sight of it slowly had the Alpha coming to terms with the devastating revelation. She was dead. His beautiful, mysterious woman… his Dahlia, who had seemed so full of life just days ago, was now dead.

His face turned rigid whenever he caught the sight of Asumu. “Hah~ you unlucky bastard.” He sat on the stool while placing one leg on his lap. “Who?” Asumu asked. He felt like Ryuzaki was talking about him. “You.” Ryuzaki came clean instead of speaking in a roundabout manner. “What about me?” “I can feel that your death is looming around.” Asumu had a shiver hearing that. That’s because he felt exactly the same way. He had never felt so helpless as a heavy gaze pinned on him. He felt like someone was crafting his death while eyeing him from afar.

Claimed by Death

Claimed by Death

In timing. These souls were not scheduled. They were not substitutions. No balance was redirected to account for their removal. They were taken because Death chose to take them. That distinction matters. “You intervened,” I say. This is not accusation. It is record. Death does not deny it. He stands exactly as he always does when he carries excess, posture steady, attention precise. The markings along his form burn faintly, not fading, not dispersing. Pain contained where it always is. Within him.

SUBMITTING TO MY BEST FRIEND'S FIANCÉ

SUBMITTING TO MY BEST FRIEND'S FIANCÉ

She’s burying herself between the wide open doors, stepping out so I won’t be able to reach her. Asami is grieving but not in a humanly decent way. The moment her presence was gone, I let my forehead rest on both my thumbs pressed together as I lower my head. My elbow supports my arm on my desk. I begin to ponder everything I just heard. Well, shit. I hate to say it but Natalie is right. Asami is well past saving now. No more words or compassion getting in the way, I have to put her to rest, for good.

Leading My Family to Glory

Leading My Family to Glory

It had long reached the state where both sides were fighting each other to death. Simultaneously, in the deck of a large ship. A white-haired man in a samurai uniform, two swords hanging from his waist, and clogs on his feet, stood at the bow of the ship. He was staring at the battle on the opposite deck with unblinking eyes. His eyes were tracing the movement of a man on the deck. That man was none other than Ash. “Kenzo-Kun, the most outstanding disciple of your Harusame family, Maru Harusame, died in the hands of that man.”

Love all the characters especially ML and FL. True love bonding. Tyr never sets his eyes on other women tho surrounded by them n possesses s/natural powers. Unlike some amazingSIL stories abandoned the wife for hundreds of chaps, he always keeps in touch wt his wife. Lots to learn from this story.
