Aura Novel Novels & Stories

But me, I was taking every chance I could get to claim a woman who would be nothing but loyal to me in the end. The taxi ride is quiet, with the hum of the engine filling the void. Some slow music plays on the radio as my thoughts drift to Aurora sleeping in bed peacefully. She has no clue that I will be there soon or that she will be waking up naked in my arms once again, like she did a few days ago. Gods, she is so beautiful, so charming, yet life has taken its toll on her over and over again because of her past. An orphan, a foster child, a poor girl, whose life has changed because Sheryl thought she would make the perfect plaything. But she was anything but a plaything. Aurora was smart.

I don't blame them. It's not really their fault to be that way. It's the fault of the girls who allow guys to treat them as a slut they could use and dump any day. Well, not me. I'm Aurora, only daughter of Mr and Mrs Wills Carter, and I'm too precious to be treated as a slut. "Hey..." Someone tapped Aurora and she turned to look at the person. "Yes? What's the problem??" Aurora asked her best friend Chloe. "You know, you shouldn't have done that" Chloe spoke gently, while stressing on the word 'shouldn't'.

If that's what she was trying to tell her, how ridiculous She thought to herself. She had to hung on to a tiny bit of hope that maybe her mother would be a different person with their grandparents out of the picture. But she was still the same naive person she knew ten years ago. Aurora knew werewolves were mythical creatures and the animal laying beside her was a normal wolf. He was a large animal but Aurora knew that the animal was from a particular breed of wolf. She would do some more reading on wolves and prove to her mother that it was a normal animal.

“Famous last words.” Aaron walked out into the night sky and took a deep breath. A thousand stars twinkled above him. Even though he could no longer see most of them, he knew they were there. He remembered them from long ago, from the small village of Killarney, Ireland. He remembered a girl with long red hair and sparkling green eyes, one he’d kissed beneath these same stars, one he’d promised to love forever. Since he’d last held her in his arms, he had seen many unexplainable, wondrous things. He’d witnessed historical events and met legendary individuals. He was part of a team of people who protected mankind against a terrifying enemy they didn’t even know existed. Just like the stars, e

Love revealed itself in countless ways, and Aurora absorbed it all, eager to fully grasp its essence. Under the guidance of Dr. Westwood, Aurora ventured into the realms of art, literature, and music, seeking to unlock the depths of human creativity. They strolled through art galleries, hand in hand, their steps echoing with the whispers of forgotten masterpieces. Aurora marveled at the strokes of a brush that created vivid landscapes, the words that weaved tales of profound emotion, and the melodies that stirred the soul.

It was a clear sign that all was not well between them. Previously, it was difficult telling them apart, because they would look so similar from head to toe. But now, everything about them was different. Aurelia had chosen to wear a maroon shirt with a white heart at the centre and she had paired it with white shorts and converse heels; while Aurora was wearing a red shirt with the top two buttons unbuttoned to show off her cleavage and she had paired it with a black skirt that reached her lower thighs, but had a slit down the side. And most shocking of all…Aurora had straightened her hair and was wearing extensions, making her hair almost waist length.

A yell from Garridan caused me to turn back to him. My heart leapt as the largest wolf I had ever seen began to stalk Garridan, snapping and biting. The brown-and-black fur rose on its back as it circled so close, I could reach out and touch it. When it turned to face me, I inhaled sharply. Its eyes glowed deep green near the centers, but the edges were caramel brown. Familiarity swamped me as I stared into the eyes of the wolf. It turned back to Garridan. A moment later, I sensed Marc at my side. “Aurora, turn around slowly and walk away. Don’t run,” he whispered. For a moment, I wondered where Andre was, but I shook the thought away. I was just happy for protection.

Everyone was eagerly waiting for the aurora to appear, and sure enough, the aurora lit up the sky, dazzling and mysterious. Amid the gasps of wonder from the crowd, I heard him whisper softly, “Naomi, I’m sorry.” Then, he jumped without hesitation. I did not move forward. Instead, I turned my gaze back to the aurora. All those stories about the aurora were lies. The aurora was once my youthful obsession, but I realized its beauty was not meant for this world. The beauty of the aurora transcended love. It deserved freedom.

They think their actions are unknown, but in reality, they've already slipped up and will face consequences. The author's vague response to her question left Aurora even more unsettled. She quickly posted a reply. [I've been reading this book using an old account, but due to some issues, I had to create a new one. That's why it shows such a short reading time. I've actually read everything already. But you still didn't answer my question. Why did Angie and Aurora suddenly appear in your book, doing these things? What role do they play in the story?] This time, the author replied quickly. Within minutes, another notification appeared.
