I might not do it at the same hour every day, but I have 24H at my disposal. (Remember that I work on this book every single day, on Sundays, too, so I never prepare in advance). I live in Italy, so I always try to update by 6 PM (which is midnight in some of your countries). Therefore, I'm kindly asking for your... PATIENCE.

Nova Just like every morning, I made myself breakfast and went back upstairs to get myself ready for work, today, in a black and white checkered short skirt and jacket with a black top beneath. I grabbed my car keys on my make-up table and went downstairs to grab my pancakes in a small plate and made myself a cup of coffee, then made my way to my car. My neighbor was out again like every day, we did the good morning waves and I got into my car, straight to work.

It was dark outside, and there was a message from Gavin on my phone. "Daily check-in photo. I'll be home tomorrow." The photo looked completely ordinary, like he'd never been living a double life at all. A wave of grief washed over me. Right then, a message came through from an unknown number. "Do you know what Gavin is doing right now?" I tapped in and saw that the person had sent me a photo of a birthday cake. It was Elise's birthday, and the whole family was celebrating together.
