The forest was quiet apart from the woman singing, and I wondered if that was normal for the Fae realm.
I kept my distance as I approached the mouth of a small river, spotting a woman hunched over its waters. I stood behind one of the thick trees, almost ten feet away. The woman had her back turned to me, her silky blonde hair draped over her shoulders as she stood over the water. Underneath a grey robe, I could see the curves of the woman's body.
