Alpha Jacob
Mellisandrei had me enter one of the cabins, she was smirking at me, and with the way she gazed told me who was inside.
It was a massive cabin, dark but massive.
The air inside was thick, smelling of old-pine, woodsmoke, and a sharp, musky scent that made the hairs on my arms stand up.
There, in the dim corner where the fireplace shadows didn’t quite reach, Alpha Jacob was sitting on a porch, a book was on his lap when he lifted his gaze upon me.
“Your grace, Mellisandrei brought me to your cabin.” I confessed, my voice was soft that sounded like a whisper.
