Novel & Cerita Best Murder Mystery Books For Young Adults

I go the book I am currently reading, it is murder mystery/ thriller, titled ‘As good as dead’ and it is very interesting and intriguing. It was about a girl about to go to college, she is Blake’s age and she had spent the past two years solving murder cases and now she is clearly traumatized since in the last book, she had a guy die in her arms. I am not far in, I just started it on the plane and I have had much time to finish the book.

I don’t want to spend my time watching a trashy series. Then there was the book to movie adaptations. I would’ve wanted to watch them but not until I read those books. There’s an exciting feeling when you know that the book you just read was already adapted into a movie. And I don’t particularly appreciate reading books after I watch movies. I already got the story and I’m only hating it if the stories are different from one another. After minutes of deliberation, I finally picked a murder mystery movie about a group of teenagers killed one by one in their outing. The premise was absurd.

A bone-deep chill ripped through me as a thought I couldn't control slipped out of my mouth. "You're saying… Mike killed the other four guys in the van to get revenge, and then… he killed himself?" Alex gave a slow nod. "That's one way to read it."

Maybe she just was not meant to be a writer. “Hmm.. you said that you wanted to write a murder mystery..?” “ “Yeah. I thought it would be a bit easier than it actually is. Now I am in over my head.” Liv admits. “Well, you do realize that you are living in a murder mystery right now, right? You are a regular Jessica Fletcher right now, trying to write a book about murder as a murder happened. As you try to solve the murder, draw inspiration. Write about this.” “You wouldn't mind? You told me that you had reporters because they keep running your story and everything. Isn't a book the same thing?”

I beamed. "Crazy, isn't it?" "Fucking crazy, for real." "First, we put THE DA VINCI CODE by DAN BROWN here." He picked out the book and inserted it in the center line of the shelf. He put HOW TO STOP TIME by MATT HAIG, followed by EVERGREEN by NAOMI HIRAHARA. "Then KISS THE GIRLS by JAMES PATTERSON." He put it next to the first book. "I've read that." I went on in a spur of excitement. "It's a thriller and mystery novel about a detective who's trying to track down a serial killer. So many twists and cliffhangers. Total page-turner." I giggled.

"Do you also read it?" "Not me, but my younger son," Susan replied. "Lately, he's been really into mystery and detective novels. He's been devouring 'Seven Days,' and he recently bought some other books by the same author, like 'Murder Weapon' and 'The Deserted School'... She continued, "Oh, and he even reads that author's young adult fiction. The other day, when I went to drop off his lunch, I saw it on his desk and flipped through it a bit. My goodness, it was so cheesy, I almost couldn't take it!"

His mouth found the hollow of her throat as his fingers worked the laces of her corset… "Absolutely not." I snapped the book shut. "Dad, come on. It's not even that bad." "Not that bad?" I held the book up. "This is soft-core disguised as mystery." "It's a subplot. The main plot is the murder investigation." "I don't care if it's a footnote." I set the book on the coffee table, out of her reach. "You're fifteen. Too young for this garbage." She crossed her arms, leaning back against the cushions. "I'm almost sixteen. Not six."

Most things are about detectives and all their boring stuff but something tells me to go through it because I might know a thing or two. I've opened almost all the books on the first shelf. Turns out detective books are not so bad. I also passed out my time by checking some of the murder novels on the shelve. One really caught my interest. Dying to call you by Elaine Viet. It's about a girl finding her sister's murderer and all that.

He asked. She shrugged and nodded. “Whatever floats your boat.” “I am serious. He confessed it to me himself and from what he said, there are more like him in this school…” Daniel paused and his eyes widened in sudden realization. “ …Oh my goodness.” He gasped. “ What is it?” Ann looked worriedly at him. “ The bat, the sudden and mysterious deaths of those two men.” Daniel whispered as he stared into space. “ Those men. The bite marks on their necks. They weren’t killed by wild animals. They were killed by vampires!!”

Tyr Snow swirls around Hawthorn Academy as I close my car door and step onto the street. The place looks abandoned, some of its stones blackened from fire and the windows dark, but I know better than to believe what I see. The Silver Hunters might hate anyone else who uses magic, but that's only because they're salty that they aren't innately good at it. They have no problem using spells to get what they want. Which makes them annoying but also useful to me.
