“You’ve shown great improvement today. You have the potential to become a great warrior.” Aiel beamed with pride at the compliment. “Thank you, Reina. I’ve learned my lesson and I promise I’ll never gossip again.” Reina nodded, her expression softening. “I believe you, Aiel. But remember, being a warrior means more than just physical strength. It also means being honourable and honest. You must always uphold the values of our people.” Aiel nodded, taking in Reina’s words. She knew that being a true warrior meant more than just physical strength, and she was determined to live up to those ideals.

She screamed, still looking up. "Ahhhhhhh!" She screamed, like never before... War has started. This is survival of the fittest, Who will survive and who won't?

I can’t remember our pack ever going to war with any other packs except rogues, and even then, we only fought when they attacked us in our own home. “We did what had to be done. All is fair in war, and in war, one side must lose for the victor to emerge. They’ve already caused us so much, it’s only right we repay the favour twice as blunt,” another man spoke, and the rest of the people grunted in approval.

Shikhar is the head of the warriors and army and Adharva respected and loved him like his own brothers. "Your highness, this war will be destructive. If this goes on, both Kingdoms will destroy their own economies and will fall prey to the other Kings waiting for a sign of weakness," said Shikhar. Adharva was silent. "I have seen the warrior Eloy in battle now and as the head of the army, I can assure you that at the end of the war, only the warriors and the Emperors will remain," said Shikhar. Rishi was at the door. Shikhar looked down at the ground then. Adharva snorted inside at the by play. He had been seeing it since he was ten.

Taking a sip of my whiskey, I felt the familiar burn as it slid down my throat, praying to whatever deity would listen that it'd numb the pounding headache beginning to overwhelm all my other senses. “Fuck me,” I mumbled under my breath as I opened the book titled, ‘History of the Great War.’ It was the usual stuff, talking about the first days of humans discovering the supernatural world was real, the attacks within our governments and armies, and the billions who had died. God, it had been a cluster fuck, a well-planned cluster fuck that none of us had seen coming. The war had been going on for a little over seventy years by the time I was born, just in time for me to participate in the la

I also prayed earnestly that he didn’t forget me here. I spotted a bookshelf at the far end of the room and decided to look through it in hopes of finding something to read. The majority of the books were about werewolves and the pack’s history. There were also books about politics, war, and governance. I would have loved to pick up the book that contained information on all members of the Crescent Moon Pack, but I decided against it. It would seem like snooping. I finally settled on a book titled ‘The Art of War.’ Not that I was a fan of violence but I was curious to know why the author had referred to war as an art. It was such a controversial claim.

“He burned it, Seth! He burned down my fucking bar!” “Damn it! Did he hurt you?! Where the fuck are you?!” “I just got in my car.” “Come back now!” I hung up the phone before I wiped the tears from my face. I wish someone could smack me or at lease wake me up and say that that was all a fucking dream. But, as I drove away from my normal location, I turned my attention to the bar that was getting massacred by the fire. That was not a dream at all. It was a fucking nightmare. That was not all that was, that was calling of a war.

Mallory laughed. Author’s note: This is the last book in The Alpha’s War Series. Follow me on F***B**k S.E Dymek for updates on upcoming books. As well as instag**m and T*k T*K sedymek. Upcoming novel: Falling in Love with Death

After that, I returned to wandering around the whole place, looking for the books that we were going to use. I stopped at the part where the books were arranged and took the one that caught my interest. I blew air to it to remove the dust that was covering the book and read what the title says in our own language. The Art of War. I looked into another book, the title that was written on it was Heart of a Warrior. I grinned and took other books that were needed and related to combat and being a warrior. I STOPPED by the window of this room, the assembly hall. Along with my halted steps were the pauses of the people that were walking behind me.

Taz turn on a small torchlight which he had taken along with him before sneaking inside the sacred library. Every book in the library was about the blood moon beast. Despite the alikeness of all the books, there was a particular one that caught Taz's attention. It was a grey book with ancient inscriptions. He pulled it out, dusted it and hid it inside his garment and hurried out of the hidden room. Unknown to Taz, as he walked out of the room through the secret door and out of the library, the secret room disappeared and there was no secret library there anymore.
