The glowing white smoke started crawling in the air, surrounding the monsters. With one sonorous, excruciating scream, white glowing light started to leak out of the skin of her body. Until it occupied her entirely, her body exploded. The white smoke became the deadliest weapon. As long as it touched on the monsters' bodies, it penetrated deep into their veins and bones, causing them to explore and turn into dust–all of them. Purple Smoke almost burst into flames because of anger. She didn't expect Ferlah would be so nosy on her own business that she came to the point where she sacrificed herself. But no, she is inevitable. Ferlah maybe able to kill all the monsters but not her and Méah.

Leaving a wisp of black smoke in their wake. The people passing by were oblivious to what just happened. They didn’t see some huge black monster fall from the apartment. The existence of a man who watches as the fallen figure for swallowed up by the earth. Nor the appearance of another black entity and the disappearance of both the man and the newcomer monster. They just continue with their life. Bustling and fighting with life itself.

Kimber stood by, watching the ensuing chaos in horror. “Dragon, I'll get you, all of you,” he screamed, as Nick and Adam held him down.But Madchen paid no attention, as she watched Drago turn a shade of blue, and foam at the mouth. “Drago!” She dropped to her knees, shaking him by the shoulders, but he didn’t respond. Instead, he stared up at the lights, seeming catatonic. His green eyes faded to a deep black, rolling to the back of his head.

She was bloodied and badly wounded but Chloe could feel that she was still alive. The shadows didn’t hesitate. They lunged forward, moving like ghosts as they charged at the creature. The creature let out a enraged shriek that was so loud Chloe thought her eardrums might burst. But still, the wolves carried on, unaffected by the inhuman sound. Something about the shadows charging it down clearly unsettled the mysterious monster because it was off of its victim in an instant darting off into the forest without a trace. It’s time for you to go back, your majesty Another voice echoed through Chloe’s mind. You have been here too long.

I executed a blindingly fast backflip, narrowly missing a second swipe of claws that sought to tear my throat wide open. ​In the faint, eerie glow of the ambient mist, the creature slowly manifested from the dark. ​It was a nightmare birthed from pure shadow—shaped like a monstrous, hulking wolf, but its entire body was composed of undulating, pitch-black smoke, and its eyes burned with the color of fresh arterial blood. Toxic, acidic saliva dripped from its translucent fangs onto the stone floor, sizzling as it ate into the rock, releasing a foul, corrosive odor.

The corruption began leaving his body. Black smoke poured from his skin. The crimson markings faded. Malrik screamed in terror. "What are you doing to me?" Ariana lowered the blade slightly. "I'm giving you back what you threw away." The darkness continued pouring out of him. It gathered above the chamber ceiling. The Shadow Wolf's silver eyes narrowed. "No..." His deep voice carried genuine alarm. "It survived." Everyone looked upward. The black smoke condensed into a massive shadow unlike anything they had ever seen. It has no face and body .

I spit to the side annoyingly as his dirty blood spills on me. I sigh deeply, trying to get the stain off me when another one comes from the side, trying to get into the mansion. I grab him by the neck, ceasing his breath with my fingers, not sparing him a glance. When I heard his last breath, I threw his dead body at the one with bloodied fangs charging towards me. Nolan appears beside me, teasing me, “What makes your heart feel troubled?” He asks, sending rolls of black smoke to any intruder standing 30 meters from us. The smoke passes through their body, making their mouth spill out black blood, sending them to their immediate death.

With another raise of my hand, the houses in the city caught fire. Smoke rose into the clouds, the grounds shook. After I was done, a place called crest would cease to exist. I heard a very loud growl and looked up to see a gigantic monster, being released. It was coming for me no doubt. It's eyes were burning red and it looked like a hybrid of a dragon and a goblin. It has horns and it's scales were black. It spat a ball of fire that burned everything in it's path. It would destroy the city but make sure it destroyed me too.

What a monster. ************

It's the same golden, burning eyes from the night my parents were murdered. Slowly, I take careful steps backward, my heart threatening to fall out of my chest with how fast it beats. But whatever this creature is in the bushes, it doesn’t lunge or advance. Rather, it starts to move through the bushes, sticking close to the shadows at the edge of the woods as it circles me. I can’t make out its full body clearly, but I can tell it’s massive—larger than any normal werewolf. And that alone is terrifying. But what makes my blood truly run cold is how its form seems to be made out of... smoke. Like a shadow, or a ghost.
