I turn to find Chad leaning casually on a metal pole. He is wearing a white wife-beater with a black leather jacket, he combines this look with ripped black jeans. He always has an aura of a bad boy. Chad. So, immediately thr final bell rang, I went on to look for him. And I did. I followed him as he walked cluelessly towards the bathroom. When he slipped past the doors, I followed him and locked the door after him. He did not even notice and that was when I saw that he was wearing AirPods. Good for me. The bathroom was empty. Even better for me. I tapped Chad heavily and he turned around before his eyes widened. He took out his AirPods quickly and then his eyes went round the space. Then they focused back on me.

I was hoping my training this summer would give me the edge I needed to end this bullying once and for all. I took a final look in the mirror. My long onyx black hair was down today, gentle waves cascaded along my face, neck, shoulders, arms, and back. My vibrantly blue eyes mirrored my determination. By letting all that ugliness float free of my body and head straight down the drain, I felt truly clean, and when I finally stepped out of the shower and onto the bathroom’s fluffy yellow rug, I felt a lot more lik
