"Let's go downstairs and watch some TV." Bonnie frowned, "uhh, are you mocking me or something?" She asked Lorenzo mentally face palmed, "No-umm-I mean, I have a blindfold-" Bonnie giggled, "So you want to go downstairs and watch TV with me, a blind girl while wearing a blindfold?" Lorenzo cleared his throat, "Yes." He firmly said, raising his chin up. Bonnie only shrugged, "Alright." They went downstairs and sat on the huge leather couch. Lorenzo switched on the TV and handed the blindfold to Bonnie. "Care to help?" She smiled and took the blindfold from him. Bonnie put the blindfold over his eyes and he turned around making it easier for Bonnie to tie it.

It was mesmerizing. He couldn't help but notice the fact that she had yet to look into his eyes! "I apologize, she is blind" Antonio spoke up as he took a step in front of his daughter in a protective stance. The prince simply nodded and tried to keep his mind off of the woman that intrigued him so much. He didn't miss the fact that his wolf was going crazy. She was his mate but she was also a Vampire. A Blind vampire. It was as if something in him switched off. The moon Goddess had given him a defective mate.

POV: Julian Vane-Moretti The approach was silent, a low-altitude glide that felt like holding one's breath over a fathomless abyss. The "Blind Spot" emerged from the Mediterranean fog not as an island of rock and soil, but as a jagged shard of obsidian rising from the sea. It was a masterpiece of architectural camouflage, a fortress of reinforced polymer and smart-glass that mimicked the turbulent reflection of the waves.

Fishes, turtles, jellyfishes, whales, seals, and more. The sight tugged at her heart strings. Her eyes widened and her breath got hitched in her throat. She could not help but reach out a hand to touch one of the fishes. The fish dodged her hand but proceeded on to swim around her hand. She turned to face her palm up and the fish swam in circles above her palm. Alice smiled brightly and revealed the dimples that had never shown itself before in this world. She got teary-eyed as she thought of her original world and how Erica would be jumping with joy if she could see this. /If only she could see this.../

Some horns were crooked, some spiral and some had straight ones. “What are those, Mother?” I asked, pointing at the creatures. Before Mother could answer, more and more animals surfaced. There were medium-sized fishes. They had no fins, but with their powerful tails, taking turns as they jumped out of the water. It was as if they were playing with us. Two giant fishes showed only the top of their heads. Their eyes rose above the water as they swam beside the ship.

At that moment, a school of Gourami Dragonfishes has scattered in the ocean due to their hunt; it would be much harder to catch them. The Celestial Wood Altar disciples looked at Darryl. All the Gourami Dragonfishes had scattered; it meant that they were much quicker and more sensitive to movements. Even the other disciples would have a hard time if they tried to catch them. So, the fisherman, who had only joined the sect, would have an even harder time. They were sure he could not even catch a single Gourami Dragonfish. Glug! Glug! Glug! As the crowd murmured amongst themselves, Darryl put his hands at the sides of his mouth, puffed his cheeks, and made a series of weird sounds.

Just look at the hellhound she hasn't been able to part with since she first laid eyes on him. Don’t even get her started on Bobble. She tilted her head at the beady eyes that were looking up at her from her bedside table. As the fish ascends closer to the surface of his glass bowl, its body starts to swell. Peak thought it was a sort of allergy to the air, but it didn't stop the poor thing from trying to test its limits. As its body bobbed above the surface it inflated dramatically, pressing its eyes out impossibly further within its head until she used her index finger to push it back down into the clear water. Creighton stopped and pointed to the beautiful blue and yellow fish, not very large, only about two or three inches long, swimming along the edge of a rock. “It’s a flameback angelfish,” Creighton’s voice filtered calmly through her helmet. “And over there in the sand, see it? It’s a white spotted bamboo shark.” “A shark?” She gulped in fear as a warm hand touched the small of her back, steadying her from swimming backward. “It won’t hurt you. It’s considered a carpet shark and harmless to humans.” She drew a deep breath and relaxed, the warmth of his hand remained on her back. “Take a picture,” he reminded her, and she pulled the arm holding the camera up and snapped the button.

I stop at the bottom step, looking back at the relic glowing faintly under the dim room lights. "All we have to do now," I whisper, "is wait for the big fish to swim straight into the net."

My quota of ten deaths per city was almost full. Being blind was hard - no one wished that for themselves, but I found it easier since I was an Alpha. My senses were ten times better than humans and so, I was a perfect blind man who could do almost everything. But I needed my eyes for one thing… "Hey, handsome."
