Blood Elf Surnames Novels & Stories

Byron went to kitchen to get some water before continuing his story. "I was born to a family in the east point or Faklan, my name was baron which means young warrior. At that time I was yet to receive my elf name..." Elf name!! Did her father just say he was an elf. "So...what was your elf name.." Madeline asked as she took large gulps of water. "Albericus..." Byron said slowly, he was the elf ruler of the high elves, he was the pride and joy of his people, it saddened him that he couldn't protect his people or his wife.

With a light sigh, she replied with, “not bad, though if I have to tell people one more time; not to call me an elf, I will go crazy!” Fenryn offered a small smile, “unfortunately, you will find very few know any better. From what I understand, it was those born in human lands that gave themselves that name; but who knows?” He said softly. He paused his conversation as several men and women entered the room with a bounty of various foods. Once they excused themselves, Fenryn continued, “I only know as much as I do, because I had the pleasure to have access to my ancestor's records, as well as meeting a small clan once before.” Lynnette gave another sigh, as she nodded. “I can imagine that yo

No one has ever seen them wither. Seraphine raised the pale-grey-eyed child. She named him Caelith — an old Elf word that does not translate well into the wolf tongue, meaning something close to the light that remains after the fire has gone. He grew up at the foot of the old oak, and the sacred trees grew faster where he walked. He grew into the first heir in the North to carry both Elf royal blood and wolven Alpha blood. The day he came to the throne, the Elf Queen asked him:

Finwhisper - Someone from a long line of Finwhisperers, indicating a deep connection and understanding of marine life, often sought for advice and guidance. 2. Pearlwing - Someone with shimmering fins that look or act like wings. 3. Pinnipedal - A surname given to families known for having foot-like fins, referring to merfolk with distinctive and agile hip fins that resemble feet. This is the surname that was given to Joe and Bryan at their trial. 4. Reefblaze - A surname for someone whose ancestors came from abundant coral reefs with stinging corals. This usually signifies a merfolk who is immune to stinging coral.

All told he was a mess of an ancient elf, dumped on the midden after the Council had used him for years. “You old charmer,” Horann had smiled at the elf. “What are you called?” “Jenaris,”the old elf had said. “Your name?” “Sentara,” Horann lied with ease. There was no need for the Council to know they had visited the place and the scholars and tutors they had been assigned to would have been disappointed at best, downright angry at worst. “Sentara,” the old man repeated. “A beautiful name for a beautiful elf. I have to admit, your looks are unique, especially your eyes,” Jenaris had said.

Her gaze from dark green eyes like leaves of spring oak, hypnotized the boy. “I'm Pmyrie”. “Just Pmyrie?” he had the courage to ask her. “Just Pmyrie. We elves have only one name. And once chosen, no one in our family is allowed to bear it anymore.” The boy said nothing. “I read about you people and I know you have more names to identify yourselves. We differ from each other in what we do.” As Alexander said nothing more, Elizabeth intervened. “My name’s Elizabeth. I'm almost ten years old. And he's Alexander ... he's 11 years old.”

The Arthrolytes? Ryon grins. 'Our water channeling kin are across the border, I'm afraid, and…more gentle. Generally more welcoming. You are right when you call us Arthrolytes, or Children of Miela. The first of us, amidst all the chaos wrought about by Caidan and his shadow channeling, sought for…more peaceable means to end the conflicts. Ulad Gremoir was his name, the grandfather to my grandfather. He called on Miela, then a forgotten diety of the old world of elves, and he channeled his first firefly'. 'What good does that do?' I ask. 'Well, we…grew separate from the darkness that most men had wrapped themselves in. We became more peaceful, more beautiful, to say the least. That was we ne

She asked. “Ah, that. Well, it’s not the name he was born with. It’s what he chose after his death.” I shrugged. “Not all of us keep the name we were born with. Auðr decided to fake his death and let Elvin Darby be put to rest and mourned by his family. It was only in recent generations that he’s reconnected with them, now that they’re wolves and all.” “Oh, well, that at least makes sense. And you didn’t do the same? Or is Albert Weeber your chosen name?” She asked.
