Thalen wheezed, his fingers twitching limply against the stone as blood bubbled at the corner of his mouth. "The bond... if you move... it's going to stop..." Watching his fellow officers struggle in the adjacent room, Bob quietly unsheathed his anti-vampire dagger and hurled it with pinpoint accuracy.

Chaos Spencer POV I walked down the stairs and saw Blood sitting in the living room and he was thinking of something and it’s so deep. I walked towards him and tapped his shoulder as I passed by him and sat on the chair in front of him that made him snapped out of his thoughts. “Oh, h-hi.” Blood said. “How is your leg?” I ask him. “It’s healed, I can now do break dance.” He said and I shook my head smiling. “You look problematic, what is it?” I ask.

His heart was looking different and his blood was very dark as though it ain't blood. “Why does his blood look that way?” I asked watching his blood drip off Reid’s hand. Before anyone could make that out, the blood on Reid’s hand began to turn to ashes, I was shocked. Then we looked at the body we hung, it began to turn to sand as well until it all poured on the floor. “What the hell?!” Alexander uttered. “Guys, I think we are dealing with a more powerful force here.” Alexander added. “Like witches?” I asked and raised my head to Alexander.

Amara was there. She was sitting on the bare floor, her back pressed against the wall. Her leg was stretched out, and she kept holding her ankle like she was trying to stop the pain from spreading. She looked tired and scared. She just sat there, pressing her lips together, doing everything to stay quiet. I didn’t stop watching. A part of me wanted to look away, but I didn’t. I heard the door open behind me. Scorpion walked in. He saw me in front of the monitor, but he didn’t say anything. His eyes flicked to the screen. I could tell he noticed who I was watching.

Seun jumped into his open portal and evaded it and appeared at Fejiro back with his hand forcefully dragging Fejiro's collar and pulling him into the portal as it closed....

Adam The blood warriors aimed and fired at the witches. They got two out of three eventually. As soon as they got the last one and we thought it was only Maria that remained, a multitude of witches arrived, trying to get into our country, so Kyle and the others had to face them while I tried to figure out how to save my mate.
