I shuddered with glee before tamping down the feeling and got to work trying to figure out my location. The room was bright and airy. Windows were open and white curtains billowed in the slight breeze. Birdsong filtered through the room along with the sounds of the rustling trees as well as the ocean waves. This was a living room, but the furnishings were sparse. Off to the right was an eat-in kitchen and beside that, a dining room.

I said, pulling his hands to my Waist. The living room was a testament to The Fisher’s success and refined taste. Sunlight streamed through expansive windows, illuminating the space with a warm, inviting glow. The walls were painted a soft, neutral color, providing a perfect backdrop for the carefully curated furnishings. A plush, oversized sofa, upholstered in a luxurious velvet fabric, dominated one side of the room, inviting relaxation and conversation.

I wake up with an irritating sound of someone knocking on my door. When I open my eyes, instead of bright blue walls, I face black and grey walls. It's like a mini apartment. The bedroom and living room are separated with a glass wall with a sliding glass door. There are black and grey drapes covering the glass wall. The wall behind the bed is also a glass wall that goes all the way to the living room. The view of the lake can be appreciated from both the bedroom and the living room.

Crystal made her way into their suite and inhaled at the cool air from the air-condition. She looked around the room, loving the grey and white themed living room. The room consisted of leather chairs surrounding a glass coffee table. A large flat screened television hung on the wall, almost occupying the wall. There were miniature statues in almost every corner of the living room.

The living room was alive with conversation, fabrics, and gentle chaos. Samples of ivory, champagne, and blush were spread across the table. Tablet screens glowed with images of arches, floral arrangements, and candlelit tables. A few sips of cold tea were left forgotten as Mrs. Steele leaned over the images with a precision that could rival a wedding planner. “The lighting must be perfect,” she said, tapping the tablet with a manicured finger. “It can’t be harsh, or the photos will wash her out.”

It was a good thing I didn’t mention my observation out loud or Javier might have thought I was an ignoramus. The living room itself was downright gorgeous. The walls were painted stark white. Even the furniture was white. I couldn’t imagine Lucy crawling around with her chocolate covered-hands. The splashes of color came courtesy of flowers, most of which I didn’t really recognize other than the birds of paradise and the lilies.

Only time would tell. As I entered Marcus's living room, I was greeted by a grand and spacious area. The room was dimly lit, with soft yellow lights giving off a cozy vibe. The walls were painted a deep burgundy color, and they were adorned with various paintings and photographs of Marcus and his family. The floor was made of shiny, polished hardwood, and there was a soft, plush rug in the center of the room.

To the left of the living room is the hallway and there are what looks like one bedroom and a washroom, just like my place. Blair’s dining room is covered with newspapers, and in lieu of any dining furniture, there is a shelf against the wall overflowing with paint supplies and tools and beside it, a table which was also covered in art supplies and tools. There are two antique chairs in the middle of the newspapers and art supplies scattered on the ground everywhere.

The ceilings were impossibly high, drawing my eyes upwards to suspended lights that looked more like sculpture than illumination. An ash-grey sectional, the only thing you could dignifiedly sit on, owned the center of the room, its edges sharp, not a single throw pillow on it out of place. The black silk curtains were a sheer contrast to the plain white walls which held a few framed black-and-white photographs, the most striking being one which looked like an empty road disappearing into fog. In fact, everything in this living room was dancing on the colour spectrum from white to black. The only touch of colours would be the people in it at any time.

"You can come in!" This was the first time he was visiting any of the beach houses since they were erected. It had a small living room in which he now stood. The living room walls were painted turquoise blue, but the wall with which a flat screen TV rested on was a floral wallpaper design of turquoise blue, ash and black. It had three single seater chairs and one double seater. The chairs had the same floral design as the wallpaper. The center rug was blue with gold lines along the edges, and it had the design of different schools of fish in the ocean. "Nice place," Kane sat down on one of the single chairs.
