“I’m here. You’re okay.” I’m really not. A tear rolls down my cheeks, and I don’t let go.

I lean my head against the window, letting the tears slither down my cheeks. I don't even know why I'm crying like this. Am I crying because a guy I met two days ago doesn't talk to me now?

I don't need to cry, hide my tears and sit on the corner to ease it. I'm free finally...

Tears roll out of my eyes. Is this guilt that I’m feeling?

Trix added to Schina’s statement. “Don’t mind me, let me cr—y for this time,” Aicko begs to her two friends. “That’s enough, AC! You have been crying for too long,” Schina strictly ask her to stop crying. She pitifully glances at her friends, “am I not allowed to cry too?” She sadly asks them. “We are not saying that, we just want you to know that crying is good but not all the time,” Schina replied to her query.

I shrugged. Cassidy sighed, closing her eyes. I saw a single tear slip down her cheek and couldn’t help myself. I reached out and wiped it away with my thumb. “It’s okay, Cass. It’s okay to cry. It’s okay if they are tears of sadness, pain, or just frustration.” “What about all the above?” Her voice was barely a whisper. Her eyes were still closed, but she didn’t pull away from my touch as I kept stroking her cheek.

I was sure people had been informed of who we were. "Am I allowed to cry for a while?" My lips were dry and my eyes hurt from holding in the tears. "Yes."

My heart was twitching seeing her tears, badly wanting to wipe them but the question is: Do I have a right to wipe off her tears? .

"I'm sorry that I haven't been the best of a leader to you all." I sniffed before each words, before controlling myself to try and limit the tears from coming down my eyes. But as I tried more and more from stopping those eyes from watering further, the pool of tears proved to be stronger than all the power left in me. I couldn't control myself, as the pain weakened all the nerves in my body, leaving crying as the only option left to do. "I tried so much, but she's not here. I miss her so so much."

“It’s okay to cry.” And I did. I cried until there was nothing left.
