The being’s hand extended, and from their palm, a glowing rune appeared—hovering midair, spinning slowly. A map. No, not a map—a path. It pulsed like a heartbeat, leading toward the mountains beyond the dark woods.
“The Book of Aeon lies in the Temple of Ruin,” the being said. “Buried beneath time. Guarded by a creature older than gods, bound only to the vessel’s call.”
