Book About Werewolves Novels & Stories

V I am Ana, a rogue werewolf who has been on the run for years. I refused to follow the rules of my pack and their strict code of conduct, always longing for the freedom to live my life as I wanted. Becoming a rogue wolf seemed like the perfect solution, but it turned me into a fugitive, always running and never having a day of rest.

Bushes, trees and plants surrounding them with an open path filled with dried leaves where Lyra and the chauffeur drove on. Unlike humans, werewolves loved to live in dense forests. After all, they were still part animals. As he drove, she noticed the scenery getting less dense. It was like they were getting to the city. She could see houses surrounded with minimal trees. Tarred roads. It seemed like she was entering the Crescent Pack, the one she had just left. “Woah...” she muttered breathlessly. The high buildings and modern life was a shock to her. She never thought her pack would ever get this civilized. Well, at least not in her time.

I have read a few of these books. Shaking away the strange icy feeling I flip open the cover and start to read. The sun has started sinking, the sky painted with hues of purple, orange, and red. This is truly my favorite time of day. The book was short but there was a lot of information on werewolves. Information, what do I mean, werewolves don't exist. Or do they? It is that voice again. The same one from this morning. A voice that isn’t mine. A voice inside my head.

I got up from the bed and walked around the room, still no pain, how weird. I noticed the bookshelf and decided to take a look. There were so many books, some with older worn covers and others a bit more newer looking. I picked up a small red book and read the cover ‘A Lycanthropy Reader; WEREWOLVES IN WESTERN CULTURE’. I flicked through the pages and put it back on the shelf, a little too intense for some early morning reading. I picked up another one and read the cover, ‘The Garden of Eden’ by Ernest Hemingway. Not what I expected from a teenage werewolf soon-to-be-Alpha. I put it back and my eyes fell on a really older looking book. I pulled it out and it was big and very heavy. It looked

’ ‘Who? ‘Werewolves, the male werewolves specifically.’ I frowned, even more confused, ‘What’s the book about?’ Everett ran his fingers through my hair, his eyes glistening as he spoke, ‘A female Alpha.’

When I get there, I scan through them, picking up the ones that I feel might contain a sliver of answers. By the time I am done, both my hands are full of books. I walk to one of the tables, drop them on the table and take a seat. I grabbed the first book and began reading, looking for any information or any kind of clue. I’d gone through at least two books and I still hadn’t found anything. There wasn’t any information apart from the basic ones. How werewolves came to be. How this pack came to be. The different gods and goddesses. There was honestly nothing in those two books that I didn’t already know about.

Helia said. "Let's just check the book," Rendall said. He was tired of hearing Helia's complaints. She rolled her eyes, removed the book away from his face, and opened it. "What's written in it?" Rendall joined her in checking the book and they both turned white as they flapped through the pages. The book was telling a story. It was a story of how the werewolves had forcefully taken the land of witches away from them.
