Dark Lands Homecoming

Dark Lands Homecoming

She hadn’t had an interest in exploring that section of the room before. Now she looked at the polished red bookshelves warily. Every book was handsomely bound, and many of them had gilt lettering. Normally that was a turnoff for her, because she always figured those kind of books were boring old classics. Deprived of her TV, however, she was willing to investigate closer.

RAVEN: The Supernatural Creature

RAVEN: The Supernatural Creature

The cowl had the ones phrases written in shiny crimson towards a pitch black background -- glaringly as specific from usual cultural golf equipment as night time from the day. There changed into no different ornament on the duvet aside from a remoted line of phrases. One couldn't even start to bet what the contents may record. Compared to the digests of normal golf equipment, this e-book changed into actually a great deal thicker and changed into the extent of a distinctly skinny book. "How did you discover it!? Your success is just too good!" "This end result got here now no longer of success but the inevitable. Compared to the rest, simplest this e-book's environment lack dust. Very probab

Reborn Wife Is A Revenge Genuis

Reborn Wife Is A Revenge Genuis

It had a swing on the left side, a disorganized table, and two huge bookshelves. Elsie rushed to the table with the torchlight from her phone, she opened each cupboard with the hairpin and found nothing useful to her. Next, she rummaged the table for the book or letter, all for nothing. Hobbling over to Dahlia's bookshelf, Elsie scanned the titles, her eyes narrowing as she searched for anything that could be the book she had been searching for. Suddenly, a worn leather-bound book caught her attention. It no longer had a photo of a pacifier on the cover, instead, it had words and gold-painted edges. Pulling it out, she ran her fingers over the intricate embossing on the cover.

Happy New Month Guys!! This is romance which is part of a series but can also be read as a standalone. For those who love completing series check out Redemption's Sweet Temptation too. Feel free to drop your comments here(this page) because I won't be able to read those in the chapters.

Haven’t fully read the first book in series, started to but found this book more intriguing. Love the storyline, it would be nice if you occasionally introduced parts of the back story, but otherwise I really am enjoying the characters. I do think you went a bit overboard with amount of villans

The Heart of the Queen: Legacy of The Moonborn

she asked, eyeing the collapsing ceiling beams. “It’s here,” I replied calmly. She frowned. “How are we supposed to find anything in this mess?” I stepped further inside, my boots crunching over broken stone and brittle parchment. “The book isn’t ordinary,” I said. “Dark leather binding. Silver etchings along the spine. The symbol of the abyss burned into the front.” Ansel blinked. “That narrows it down to… one in a million.” I glanced at her over my shoulder. “Then start looking.”

Gilded Hearts

Gilded Hearts

The elevator doors opened into quiet,. The corridor smelled faintly of polished wood and something floral I couldn’t name,. I walked beside Damian-, my steps measured-, already preparing myself for whatever version of us awaited behind the door,. The key card slid in. A soft click. The door opened. And there it was. One room. One bed. Not just a bed—a bed that looked like it belonged on the cover of a brochure any couple would have personally approved. Wide. Immaculate. Draped in white linen and muted gold accents,.

After Divorce, My Boss Made Me His Obsession

After Divorce, My Boss Made Me His Obsession

he said. “Really?” I asked, curiosity lacing my voice. He nodded once. “You’ll see.” I followed him to the library, the scent of old pages and cedar filled the air. To the left, I noticed a new shelf, small, polished, and unlike the grand spiral ones towering around us. My gaze caught on a delicate gold tag at the top: ‘The Juliens.’ My lips curved without meaning to. He set the books down carefully, arranging them as though they were fragile pieces of our story.

The Alpha King's Sweet little Addiction

It was one of the very few things my mother left for me. "Well?" Grace snapped, "Are you going to stare at it all day?" I glared at her and returned my gaze to the book. The words were not written with ink, or maybe they were, I couldn’t tell, but there were faint engravings of silver around each letter. They shimmered, Like my powers, the threads. "You're holding it wrong." "Huh?" I frowned at her. She glanced at the grimoire, then back at me, "You're holding it wrong," she repeated, irritation in her voice.

Glam Squad of the Haunted

Glam Squad of the Haunted

The most important step was using gel to draw two streaks of tears along the Ghost Bride's lower eyelids, then delicately applying gold leaf over them. The streaks looked like falling tears, yet shimmered like a dazzling galaxy, giving her a noble, mysterious air. The Ghost Bride studied her reflection in the mirror. As she turned, the gold leaf caught the light, sparkling like countless tiny stars. Her face hidden beneath the white cloth only heightened her enigmatic charm, making her all the more captivating.

Moonbound Hearts

Her eyes were red around the edges, as if she’d been crying at some point and forced herself to stop. “Sit,” Jessica said gently. Baylee sat. Melody didn’t. Instead, Melody laid a palm over the oldest book on the table — one Baylee had never seen before. It wasn’t Silverveil leather. It wasn’t Ironclaw parchment. The cover was gray, almost colorless, like stone worn smooth by centuries. The edges of the pages were inked in silver, and even that ink seemed faintly alive, like moonlight trapped in paper. “Where did you get that?” Baylee asked quietly.

Priced Like Gold: A Million for a Slice of Luxury

All of you can line up and claim from my assistant ten thousand dollars as compensation for the emotional distress we've put you through. "I'll also take care of all your bills. Please allow me some time to talk to these people," I said. The other customers could tell I had deep pockets and that I knew what I was doing. They got up, one after another. Then, Luke transferred ten thousand dollars to every one of them by scanning the QR code of their bank accounts. The general dining area was deserted once the other customers had left. It was only then that Nicki seemed to have realized something. "Gene, you…"
