Novel & Cerita Book Light For Night Reading

Only a small reading light, that illuminated the spot above Nadia’s book as she sat in bed reading, broke the darkness of the bedroom. Nadia was focused on the novel in her left hand and the warm tea in the other. She’d been unable to sleep even after several drinks at the bar. Jake had been holed up in his own penthouse all day reading about demons and how to avoid them and the infamous story of the devil at the crossroad. Nadia wasn’t offended by his absence but the distraction would be nice, she thought.

"Goodnight, Thalia." I closed the door and leaned against the solid wood. I set the book on my desk and changed, the soft fabric of my nightgown a small comfort. Moonlight silvered my room. After lighting a single candle, I couldn't resist. Curled on my bed, I read my mother's words again. Each word was both a balm and a fresh wound. Finally, I set the letter aside and blew out the flame, plunging the room into shades of silver and black.

It seemed to really fit not only the situation tonight but also the bond that Nate and I had so that was the one that I selected. I turned all of the lights off in the room, leaving only the lamp that was on my side of the bed. Nate snuggled in on the far side, nearest to the window as I slid in beside him, propped up to read the book to him and still able to show him the pictures along the way. I made sure my voice stayed soft and smooth as I read along. As it was already past his bedtime and he had experienced a particularly long and tiring day, he little eyes started to droop about halfway through the story. I read slower and slower until I was sure his soft snores were deep enough for me

Her eyes brightened at the sight of the books. “Good morning, dear. Any recommendations for a book to curl up with?” she asked, voice warm but tinged with hesitation. I folded my novel shut and looked up, offering her the practiced smile that hid the iron beneath. “Depends on what you like. Something light? Something dark?” She hesitated, then said, “Dark, but with hope.” I tapped a book nearby, The Night Circus. “This one weaves mystery and magic, but underneath, it’s a story about trust and power.”

The cold hardwood floor under my feet sent shivers up my spine as I pulled the chair and sat down. The only lighting was my dim bedside lamp and it would just not do for reading so I switched on the table lamp. The book was old, yellowing and crumpled from being stuffed in my bag. I wondered where on earth Miss Mausley found this book. I won't be surprised if it turned out to be a spell book. In an effort to procrastinate more I pushed my curtains back and gazed out into the night through the open window. The night was cool and filled with crickets. Indy's bedroom was directly visible across the street. Her light was off indicating she was probably asleep.

Her eyes looked at the writing in red ink in the book. “It’s... old Latin letters?” A dazzling white light came out of the book. Tiara protects her eyes with her own right hand. Her tiny body seems to pull into the book. “What the hell?!” The light was slowly dimming. That thick book closed. The strong winds just disappeared. Silent. The girl wasn’t in her chair. Her body disappeared along with the light that left the breezy night that flew the white curtain slowly. 🌷🌷

He was a scheming man! George raised an eyebrow. "Almost all of them are wrong. Who could be so dumb?" "I don't know." She was just happy from reading the stories. "These are even better than novels. I feel like telling them the truth after I see them making so many guesses." George really admired her thinking and asked, "Do you usually read novels?" George knew that Sigrid would read novels on an e-book reader when she was bored. There was less radiation than a mobile phone, and it recreated the feeling of reading an actual book, reducing the damage on one's eyes. Aside from that, she would also put on blue light glasses.

It wasn't until she noticed the strange book tucked away in the corner that she was able to distract herself from her thoughts. "I almost missed one," she whispered. As she walked over to it, she noticed that its cover was worn, and it seemed to emit a faint glow that caught her attention. Maybe it's how the moon perfectly acted as its own spotlight that made it seem so glowy, but it's not just that. She somehow felt a little hint of amusement as she stared at it. As she approached the book, she saw the shinny title written on it, Lunaria, and she couldn't help but be intrigued. The moonlight shining down on the pages illuminated the words in a way that made them seem to come alive.

Perhaps I ought to swap to an audio book, that might soothe me whilst I wait. “Hey honey, you asleep yet?” I hear my mother say from the other side of the door. My fairy lights are still on and my bedside lamp, she can see the light no doubt filtering below the gap at the bottom of my door.
