My little Dragon Queen

My little Dragon Queen

But being here, interacting with the man - who, yes, is a man, and not some ghastly beast as some stories had made Brendan out to be - whose only faults thus far have been his sharp and abrupt nature but little else. It makes Alcina suddenly greedy for any sort of information she can get, as to what kind of person her intended is. So she’s not at all ashamed to admit that she digs the books in front of her with the passion of a woman possessed. What she finds baffles her. The books read most often are not any sort of novels or fiction at all, but rather, a set of books on astronomy and cosmology. Alcina tries to imagine him - that bored, disinterested gaze - looking up at the stars, and pond

The Magic of Irina

The Magic of Irina

Lady Cotts sounded furious but it didn’t show as her red eyes went dim slowly. Chuckling, Irina amused. “I would never do that.” She glanced at Lucas who blew her a kiss from across the room then at the hourglass next to him. Her voice was firm when she looked at her mother again. “Now, if you wish to know what happened with you, listen to me.” She paused to see whether her mother would give any reaction or not, turned out she was waiting for her to speak. “This book, written by an alchemist who lived centuries ago. It says in the book, in pictures, the sun and the moon anatomy. Do you know what uncommon between the sun and the moon?”

No. 1 Supreme Warrior

No. 1 Supreme Warrior

If he went by the First Elder’s words, it was as though he was truly the strongest alchemist out there. “How high can you go? All the previous alchemists never had masters to teach them. They all practiced and researched the techniques themselves. And after they master an alchemy method, they test it repeatedly. Besides, only those who have Chi and are born with the fire element can be an alchemist. Any other individual would have zero chance of doing so!” “Oh, right. And I think your spirit and focus must far exceed those of a similar cultivation level only then can you perform alchemy!”

It’s a great book but it’s longer than this says. I’m n chapter 4179 and it nowhere near finished. Wish I knew how long it really is. I’ll still read it I just would like to know truly how many chapters I have left to go.

I enjoyed this story. But something happened to my profile and now I'm back to square one. All chapters are locked again. A God of War had jumped from a helicopter to the roof top during Fanes wedding. Can someone tell me roughly what chapter that would most likely be please? Thanks ...

Triple Temptations: Mated To The Hot Triad Kings

"One of my all-time favorite books is 'The Alchemist' by Paulo Coelho. Its themes of destiny, personal legend, and the journey of self-discovery really resonate with me. I also love romance novels." Phoenix raises an eyebrow, intrigued. "That's a classic choice, Star. Coelho's writing is so introspective." Dexter joins the discussion. "For me, I'm a big fan of non-fiction, particularly biographies of historical figures. 'Leonardo da Vinci' by Walter Isaacson is one I recently enjoyed. The depth of da Vinci's genius is truly inspiring." Astrid nods, impressed. "That sounds fascinating, Dexter. Da Vinci's life was truly remarkable."

Life After Prison

Life After Prison

As a result, Severin was excited when he saw the furnace for the first time, and he even spent some time admiring it before he put it away. Soon, he waved his palm again and produced a very small, very thin, and very ancient-looking book. "No way! It's an instruction manual on alchemy." Severin could not contain his calmness anymore after turning it over and reading a page. Brandon probably had a position in the sect and probably learned alchemy from one of the elders as a disciple.

one of the best novels of this site. well written and great story. The only problem is Monday you get a lot of pages and chapters, and the rest of the week you get a page a day. Come on the author and this site can do better. Really about to stop reading because of this.

Beloved Alpha King

"who?' a gruff voice came from inside. "Sir I came in search of a book. Can you help me out please," he glanced at the counter. There was a brown leather hide book there. he curiously pulled it close. The hide felt smooth to touch. The corners of the book were worn with fingerprints. It was treasured by the owners. He opened up the heavy book cover and read the first page. It was about alchemy. Something he had no clue about. He placed it back in the same place. "What do you want?" a short man tottered out. he was just the height of his thighs but was built like a middle-aged man. His beard was as tall as his height. "hey, whatcha looking at?"

Professor Durant started to laugh. "It's the book!" he said between laughter, "Al Khami's books are the first-ever written records about alchemy, he is known as the father of alchemy, and was the first archmage who tried to explain magic through scientific methods," [Because of this he was branded as a blasphemer and his books were burned!] wrote Seb after regaining his composure. [He himself was cursed to write in a stone slab with the blood from his fingers until his limbs were worn off, but even after he lost both arms, he used his mouth to pen his last book which was a compilation of all his discoveries and teachings.]

Astral Realm: The Third Era

Only after five full hours did Logo finally discover the alchemical canon most suited to him. General Outline of Aslant Alchemy, A Foundational Introduction to Mechanical Alchemy, Karashen’s Analysis of Materials Science, Mefin’s Detailed Commentary on Runes, Collected Notes for Apprentice Alchemists… Eleven volumes in total. Had they been written on paper, any single one of them could easily have filled ten rooms. When Logo chose to receive this knowledge, each star of information transformed into a meteor and shot toward him, sinking one after another into his chest.

He was probably trying to remember the continuation of the story. "Good. When the Alchemist saw the fifteenth winter, becoming an adult, the preceptors of the Zolhay Order authorized him to access the Forbidden Archive, reserved exclusively for adult men, in the process of becoming Researcher. Here, the Alchemist found a book. It was ruined and the flames had devoured most of the pages. There were few understandable words, but they were enough." "Enough for what?" the child asked, leaning a little towards the minstrel.

The Scent of Neroli

The Scent of Neroli

The odalisque whispered to him what was required all but in discretion for if the Caliphate hears of this surely all of them would be killed. The alchemist straightened up as though it were the first time he did for he had always been studying about the elements of the world and longed to be in the outside world in search of his materials but could only send someone to procure these materials from the books he read and searched for solutions to problems that plagued the Caliphate. He was an apothecary upon himself and could create magnificent salves for every ailment the Caliphate suffered.
