But if she were right… She had taken it into her own hands and began researching shadow magic in her town’s library, trying to find any information she could to see if what she was suspicious of could be true. Her research was running thin. Most information on the Shadow pack was useless; they were all practically savages and thrived off of chaos. What she was looking for had to be from Nighttide; she needed information from, but she couldn’t find anything yet. Scouring the online database for any form of information that could help her, she came up short. Nighttide was known for being extra secretive and protective; all that was known about them was that their army and warriors were mighty,

Moonbound: The Rise Of The Alpha

Moonbound: The Rise Of The Alpha

The shadow screamed as the light struck it, but it didn’t retreat. “You can’t fight it alone!” Eli shouted, rushing to her side. “I’m not alone,” Lyla said, her voice strong. The pack joined her, their combined energy bolstering the light. The shadow screamed again, its form weakening as the light grew brighter. Lyla felt the forest’s energy surging through her, stronger than ever. She focused all of it into a single burst of light, aiming it directly at the shadow’s core. The shadow let out one final, deafening scream before it dissolved into nothingness. The tree shuddered, its blackened bark cracking and crumbling away to reveal vibrant, glowing wood beneath.

Shadows Of Deception

Shadows Of Deception

It was soft at first, hesitant, but then it deepened, and all the fear, all the uncertainty melted away, leaving only the two of us, caught in a moment that felt both inevitable and forbidden. When I woke a few hours before dawn, the room was bathed in the soft glow of the moonlight. I rolled over, my heart still pounding from the events of the night. But as I turned, something caught my eye on the nightstand a small, framed photograph. I reached for it, my fingers trembling as I lifted it to the light. It was an image of the man I had seen earlier, the one who looked so familiar. But this time, I noticed something else a symbol engraved on the frame, one that sent a chill down my spine.

The Moon Shadow

The Moon Shadow

My heart skipped a beat, knowing that he was about to introduce me. "Today, our Nightwalkers pack welcomes a new member, Zoe Ernest. Let us welcome Miss Ernest to the stage," his powerful voice resonated throughout the hall. My steps were quick, despite my legs feeling weak. All eyes in the room, including his, were fixed on me, intensifying my nerves. Standing at the podium, I deliberately avoided looking in his direction. Alpha Alis draped a cloak symbolizing the Nightwalkers pack over my shoulders, embroidered with the emblem resembling both a crescent moon and a sickle. I softly thanked Alpha Alis and then bowed to the audience as Aunt Mary had instructed. Amid the warm applause, I swift

Ask sinister. Ask sinister. Those words kept ringing in my head all through the night that I could barely sleep. How do I ask that son of a buffalo for an answer when he hated me to the core? I stood up and made my way to the Library to maybe read a book and clear my head. Getting there, no one was around the room. Thank God! Because I couldn't stand to look at any of them. I dragged my fingers through the bookshelf with my eyes tracing the books. Life in space, this could be interesting. I took the book and as I was about to turn, my elbow hit the side of the shelf and something fell out.

Shadows Of The Past

Shadows Of The Past

I demanded " And, don't you dare take my shape or you will pay for that." "Like I said you can't do anything to me or my kind. We are shadows. We are like air. Anyone or any power can pass through us and the only person who can hurt us is our mistress or the person who belongs from our shadow family." the shadow informs. "And, who is your mistress?"I asked. "Her," the shadow pointed at Minerva and got down down on his knee in front of her " She is our Queen. The Mistress to the Shadows."

As a result, both Dark and Z were already catching their breath, though Dark still looked confident. “It appears you can’t beat me.” There was a hint of disappointment in his voice. “Why I’ve thought, Z, that you’ll give me much entertainment? Are you ready to face the consequence of boring the hell out of me?” Z nodded at Kleint who grinned. He wheeled his hands, his heart drumming a little. A purplish light outlined his curves as his shadow stretched out of his body, circling him like some kind of horse welcoming its owner. Kleint patted it on the head, and it stretched all around the dimension. In less than a minute, the shadow of his shadow shaded the bluish lights of the dimension, plun

Probably the most challenging story I have written. With about 5 drafts and two years of crafting, it’s my longest work. It’s thrilling. I revisit it sometimes and, he, even I get overwhelmed and awed. I mean, it feels like I’m not the one who wrote it.

I love the world building of this novel! Even when you’re only in chapter one you can already see how the author meticulously planned the settings of the story. It’s descriptive so even if the world is new and unfamiliar the readers could still easily imagine what it’s like.

The Reaver Chronicles: Raphael (Book 2)

The Reaver Chronicles: Raphael (Book 2)

Layna shifted uncomfortably, her unease palpable, as The Shadows closed in, their icy, unforgiving energy enveloping us like a shroud. The Shadows' presence was a balm to my fractured soul, a beacon of hope in the darkness. I knew they possessed the power to revive Roxy, to defy even death itself. The only unknown was the terrible price they would exact in return. I held out my sliced palm, offering them the payment they demanded.

Emperor Shadow

Emperor Shadow

Long story short, on one beautiful night when the owner of the coffee slept out of exhaustion inside their respective place, two thieves intruded the cafe that didn’t belong to them with a mission to kill the owner. It was the first mistake. By the accident, the owner was also the pinnacle power of the Underworld, the greatest emperor for eternity, Her Excellency Shadow. She blew their necks and thus, the rest was history. “Will- will you kill us here?” Shadow shrugged and turned around, sweeping the trio together. “Let’s go, Sherif Jumpei.” Sherif shot up. “Yes, sir.” Amino dashed, two steps forward, heavy breathing and clenching his heart. “Shadow.” “No!” She said firm and stern. Amino sto
