She folded them, and that flickering moment, she forgot about Sancho. Where the hell is Tiger??? The fire got brighter, and her fears escalated as she began feeling wetness in her eyes. Is she gonna cry? No...no she won't... She was almost on her weak knees when the unexpected happened. Sancho's unconscious body suddenly landed behind the burning car, and Tiger himself came out afterwards. His shirt is off, it actually got burnt by the fire, and he flashed a handsome smile immediately. "Legends don't die" Jaemin smiled.

Giselle looked at the man not knowing why she was here. Uzair raised his hand and a book appeared. He opened it and started ready loudly. "F i r s t... l i f e. H e a l e r... n i g h t... j a s m i n e ... a n d... d i e d... i n... t h e... h a n d s... o f... w o l f... s p i r i t. S e c o n d... l i f e.

But instead of old stories from my grandmother’s life, the pages were scrawled with strange symbols and sketches—shorthand in her handwriting explaining the purpose of different runes and sigils. Flipping through the pages, there were sketches of wolves, and the last page that she’d written in had a detailed rendition of a nightmarish wolf-beast that made my blood run cold at the sight of it, it’s eyes smudged over with charcoal in the shape of a protective rune. My heart raced when I realized what I was holding. This was no ordinary journal, it was a spell book.

“He always will.” The black one raised a hand. And the clearing changed. The sky dimmed. The trees groaned. The world went wrong. > Then you will face what we gave you. Not in dreams. Not in fragments. In full. The arch split open. And something walked through. The wolf. But not his. Not the one that shared his blood. The first. Older than packs. Older than words. Its fur shimmered like molten gold and void. Its breath turned grass to ash.

The bloodied tiger looked into me with sharp eyes. A tiger with yellow fur. My eyes widened when I realized that it was like the tiger I saw during the shading. I remembered the tiger which appeared as black bands surrounded me in the dream, and now, I found myself in the same situation. The black clump around me made me feel weak, I needed to withdraw my ability.

I don't know what happened to my tigress and why she is so angry today. I started searching for her and found her in the in the library. She is on the ladder, trying to get the book on the upper shelf. Seeing her huffing and puffing while murmuring under her breath makes me want to laugh but I bite my lips to control my laugh. I started walking towards her. Suddenly she lost her balance because of the saree and yelped, but I was fast enough to caught her in my arms. She closed her eyes tight in fear and her hands are wrapped around my neck.

Animal to animal. The sleek panther often managed to open doors in this strange castle. He padded in with his characteristically quiet movements. Drawing closer to her. A single hop had him landing on the bed parallel to her. He moved in several tight circles before settling next to her on the edge. Tipping low enough to rest his head along her lap. Blinking up at her with warm yellow eyes. She sensed he wanted to know what was wrong.

I think it's broken. “Izaac!” A white tiger walked towards Izaac and bit him on his thigh. He groaned in pain as he tried to kick the tiger off of him. I look around to maybe see something that might be of help. I was about to grab the thick tree branch but then I heard a bone crack. Turning around, I saw that the tiger was already lifeless. Izaac parted his lips and pointed fangs grew long. Those same fangs dug into the tiger's back, sipping its blood like another predatory animal he is.

I opened my handbag and placed the book inside. “My aunt told me that… .” She stopped when someone knocked at the door. Before she could answer to it, the door opened and we heard the feet of someone matching in. “It’s Tiger,” she muttered. At the mention of the name ‘Tiger’ I felt my skin creep and my heart beat abnormally. “Come with me. Quick. I’ll show you out through the back door.” Then she raised her voice to the visitor in the sitting room, “Tiger, make yourself comfortable, bro. I’m dressing up and will be out in a moment.”
