I’m not tackling that crazy today. I move on to my room and it is a lovely calming space, on the larger size. A queen bed with a cream tufted fabric headboard is against the far wall. The comforter and pillows are cream based with a pretty navy and pink floral pattern. The distressed nightstands and dresser match and the rug on the floor is a simple two-toned cream Moroccan trellis pattern. I have a bookshelf in the room too that is filled with books covering numerous topics and a comfy looking wingback chair in navy with a pink throw blanket draped across the back to complete the reading nook space.

There is seriously enough room in my bedroom, to put a King size bed with two accent tables and room for Alma’s crate and potty pads. The floor is a type of red wood, and the bed that is in here is unfortunately only a queen, but it does have two accent tables on each side and a flat screen tv. There is also a massive red oak desk near the bathroom wall and a pretty comfy black leather rolling chair behind it. The room I didn’t take has two bay windows and a reading nook, with the same size bed and the desk and chair are the same as well. It also has a flat screen tv mounted on the wall and a built-in bookshelf near the reading nook.

There are a dozen pillows set-up on the bed, and an elegant chaise lounge at the foot of the bed. One wall has built-in bookshelves lined with books. He had to have known how much I was missing my books and didn’t want me to feel all alone in such a new space. The kitchen is tucked into one corner with a compact stove, a mini fridge, and a small counter. The bedroom barely has enough room for a full-sized bed, but it’s perfect. The white linens are crisp, the duvet soft, and the bed is framed by light gray walls, with a couple of plants in the windowsill.
